Obviously Nirvana isn't doing anything, just another jutsu he didn't use in his arsenal, saying Kabuto used his entire arsenal like that guy did was obviously untrue. Calling for help? Edo tensei is his own power, they don't get a choice in helping him. Kabuto put more research, skill and training into that jutsu than maybe any other character has in the manga. He perfected and earned those whose powers he can control.
