What are you even talking about? They could kill him any time they wanted, Sasuke even asked if he should cut him and Itachi stopped him.

I guess I missed that part. And both attacks do disable Susano'o but Madara still has his jutsu where he blows smoke or ashes (against Naruto and Sai) that could slow Kabuto down since Itachi could still use jutsu in Mugen Onsa which could disturb Kabuto's control. Against Hakugeki, probably depends how long it'll take for Kabuto to reach Madara in order for the decisive blow but Madara has been shown to take a huge beating and get up like its nothing so it's hard for Kabuto to finish Madara without him doing something about it.

But if it's straight taijutsu... I don't even know. Kabuto being able to liquefy and heal himself makes him really tough 1 on 1. I guess I'll give it to Kabuto in that scenario

Plus I doubt madara would lose Susano'o. Itachi kept it up for the most part. It only ever canceled Sasuke's susano'o completely.

Yeah... Now that I think about it, in Taijutsu, Madara is probably better, but Kabuto can liquefy his insides, so Taijutsu is pretty useless against him...
And also, Chakra Scalpel. It depends on where Kabuto strikes and how hard. If he gets him on the torso like Itachi, I'm not sure it'd do much damage. But say on a limb or the neck, I think it'd be a better bet.

Chakra scalpel would be a b*tch but against Madara, who effortlessly anticipated all of Sasuke's moves, it's hard to say Kabuto will ever get a clean hit since Kabuto isn't necessarily skilled in that aspect. Like he can pull off the kill but fighting strictly taijutsu wouldn't be his style. Then again, his reflexes and defense (Kimi, healing, liquefying) make him hard to finish. This is a really close fight for me.

With intel, I see Madara winning.
Without intel, I think Kabuto wins.

Aw hush. You can tell by the movements prior to the blow, Madara anticipated the thrust from Sasuke. That's why he grabbed Sasuke's sword, in order to keep him still because he wouldn't have been able to dodge Sasuke long. Stop overrating and start trying to see things from an unbiased pov because I obviously gave Madara more credit since I said Kabuto can't touch Madara.
