Question: Can I quickly learn Shadow Clones and Rasengan as I need them to master Lightning and Wind, which I have already finished all but one Jutsu in Lightning and almost all Wind.

There are 3 stages in Rasengan, I am sure you know them from the anime.

First step.
*Gives you a balloon filled with water*
Use your chakra to blow it up.
Remember, you must use your control on the element inside, in this case, water, to make it jiggle violently in all sides and break the balloon.

*I take the water balloon from you and place it in my right hand. I then begin to focus on the rotation of chakra and water inside of the balloon. As I visualize it, I channel my chakra into the water inside of the balloon and then begin to rotate my chakra and the water in one direction. As the water all begins to rotate, I then start rotating some of the water in another direction at the same time. As I do that, I then rotate another fraction of the water in another direction. And then I get the hang of it and begin to rotate the chakra inside the water and the water itself in a bunch of directions at once causing the water balloon to expand and pop.*
