Seriously, did everyone just completely forget about him? he was a main character for a huge portion of the series, and no one questions it at all when he goes missing? you'd think maybe Naruto, Kakashi, Sai or Sakura would've questioned it by now, but nope, noooobooooody cares.

Don't they already know he was captured? Kabuto wasn't exactly being discreet when he attacked them. But I can't exactly remember if anything important was said about him from these main characters since then.

yamato was at was anko and she got captured as well

I didn't like the whole idea that only he could suppress the kyuubi's chakra. He stuck some wooden poles in the ground and that was supposed to help. I didn't like him anyway.

Dude, yamato is one of my 3 favorite characters. He is the only surviving shinobi with mokuton (besides zetsu who I don't think you could say is alive). He's gonna be saved...not sure by who or when, but I'll be pissed if he just gets killed off.
