Not Really I have said this 1000 times. Amaterasu is only used against people that can survive it. Look at all of Sasuke MS fights where Amaterasu should have ended it.

Sasuke vs Mei
Sasuke vs Kakashi
Sasuke vs Kabuto

None of them can survive amaterasu

Ay (Super speed to dodge)
Obito (Onmyoudon)
Madara(Super preta Path)
Danzo (Izanagi)

yea it was used in kabuto fight, kabuto even dodged the super fast susanoo arrow so you're not helping your point.

I think nearly every ninja hit with amateresu has just solved it by taking their shirt off lol? (The Raikage didn't have a shirt sadly so he just used his arm instead. Cool guy.)
