Appearance
Noah's skin is quite pale, a quality shared by his grey eyes. Consequently, his blonde hair stands out much more, roughly framing his face and freely falling past his shoulders and down the length of his body. His attire is evocative of the concept of a man of God. Garbed in a hooded cloak, it is at once humble and majestic. Made from a fine wool, his cloak covers almost the entirety of his body, concealing a lean but muscular silhouette. The upper half of his cloak resembles a coat decorated with golden lining and crests. Small chains are connected to the collars, crossing each other and attached to the back of the shoulders, which itself connects to a large hood. More golden ornamentation and lining decorates the mid-section of the cloak, creating a circular pattern around the opening in the robe at the stomach, revealing the black bodysuit Noah wears underneath, which is also decorated with metallic silver lining. The cloth on the inside of the robe is coloured in varying gradients of blue to black, dotted with small white spots to resemble the night sky.
Personality
Noah has an air of nobility about him, owed to his past deeds and his nature as a pious man. He is not entirely regal in his mannerisms, however, and is capable of being casual and lighthearted. At heart, he desires the prosperity of mankind, and cherishes life above all else, but he does not become attached to individuals. The struggles of the few are necessary trials, the misery of many shall pave the way for the happiness of many more. But even so, he grieves over the concept of death and suffering. He views such matters in a more abstract way, always setting his sights on the larger picture, speaking of them like so. One might think he is cold and cruel, but in reality, it is a reflection of his principles and the hardship he endured earlier in life. The image of a prideful, at times condescending, sage who holds himself in high regard is a common, though not inaccurate, summation of Noah. He prefers the company of animals to humans, and is something of a nomad, only appearing where he feels he is needed and disappearing shortly after.

Background Info
The agent of God who built the Ark to safeguard the last remnants of life in preparation for renewal, that is Noah. After harbouring the chosen remnants of life that would persist after the Great Flood, he chose to wander the world as a pilgrim, offering his hand to those in need of help. At some point, he met Galahad, the once-leader of the Order of Knights Radiant, from whom he received the gift of Prana. Though he would not take up the Oath, his dedication to tranquility and prosperity was promise enough for Galahad to bequeath unto him the power he discovered centuries ago.

The Great Flood: Noah is a user of an advanced element known as Eridian Release. Formed from the unison of his Water Release, Yang Release, and Fūinjutsu, it is remarkably dense and of incredibly low temperature. Like Water Release, it is a conductor for electricity, though this is not its primary purpose. Owed to its roots in Yang Release, Eridian has the unique property of controlling the 'age' of objects and living beings that it touches. By manipulating the physical energy inherent to all things, it can either accelerate a target's age or reverse it, providing a variety of effects. As a master of the element, all of Noah's Eridian techniques deal 20 more damage. Furthermore, the integration of the element into his body grants him immense longevity, as well as halting his physical aging.
Protection of the Faith: Noah has spent years honing his spiritual faculties, giving him a heightened ability to detect and perceive spiritual techniques and entities. His usage of Kai becomes passive up to B-Rank, and can render his illusory techniques unbreakable by one of the methods of release. Furthermore, his spiritual constitution is strengthened, reducing all incoming spiritual damage by 30, and he is highly resistant to all forms of mental interference from spiritual techniques.
The Grand Station: Noah is a Surgebinder of Heroic Spirit rank, capable of using all four Surges. Blessed by the gift of Prana, it is a form of energy that acts as a gateway to the Throne, transporting inanimate objects it touches to the Throne, including other forms of energy. Consequently, foreign energies or substances which attempt to enter his body are transported to the Throne before they take effect, meaning that abilities such as Sage Mode and the Curse Mark become useless, and Medical Ninjutsu and other forms of Chakra Transfer become ineffective. As a Divergent, Noah's Prana is silver, and its influence turns his energy-based techniques a similar colour.

Guarded by a number of species, there were still those that would try to stop him while he carried out his work. Hardened by seemingly never-ending battle in the span of the week he was given to build the Ark, his physical attributes and mastery of his internal energies increased, allowing him to track targets up to twice his base speed and exert a physical pressure that slows others within long-range, reducing their base speed by 1. When exerted, his chakra produces a visible image in the shape of the Star of David.

One such ability is known as Mystic Fire, a unique element formed by a combination of Lightning and Fire Release, and controlled through Fūinjutsu. A seal with the kanji for 'Repository' is branded on his left pectoral, allowing him to store and release chakra as he sees fit. Description: Kamunagara is not itself an ability that is consciously activated or utilised like one would a jutsu. Rather, it is a product of one’s intent, or emotions, influencing their chakra in such a way that it visibly manifests as a pattern or object that hovers behind or around the user. One such example of this is extreme bloodlust or rage, which has been seen before by Naruto and Zabuza, under the influence of the Kyūbi and sheer force of will respectively. The object, pattern or symbol produced is unique to every ninja, and thus it can be considered as a physical manifestation of their will and being. The color produced is dependent on the type of emotion, e.g. anger will produce red, sadness will produce blue, happiness will produce yellow, etc. While the behaviour of chakra in this technique is able to give off specific auras and incite particular sensations in other people, it cannot paralyse or frighten others on the level of something such as Killing Intent. Description: This technique employs a tag seal with the word ‘Repository’ inscribed on it and placed somewhere on the user’s body or on a weapon; in the case of a weapon the weapon must remain in contact with the user at all times. The seal can either be placed on the user’s biography and stated or placed during travel or battle, counting as a move. Cygnus Loop is a technique which utilizes Fūinjutsu’s ability to seal infinite quantities of various objects within a vessel, in this case the Cygnus seal. This acts as an effect chakra storage unit and can store infinite quantities of chakra absorbed and drained from another target through two methods. The first method passively allows the seal to link itself to the user’s absorptive techniques, such as the Multiple Infinite Embraces. Typically the Embraces will drain chakra and immediately deposit it in the user’s body; with the Cygnus seal this chakra is instead deposited in the seal itself. The second method is through the seal’s unique relationship with Mystic Fire Release and Fūinjutsu allowing the user to utilize Ultraviolet Radiance, a technique based on the Cygnus seal. Regardless of the application used when chakra is drained from an opponent or their techniques the chakra will be deposited within the seal. In essence Cygnus Loop acts as a bank and middleman. When chakra is stored in the seal the chakra is ‘purified’ within the seal. This effectively converts stolen chakra back into raw chakra. For example, should the user absorb Fire chakra and store it within the seal it will be converted into stored chakra and made readily available for the user to use for a future technique. Alternatively stored chakra can be freely absorbed into the user’s body to replenish their reserves. The Cygnus seal itself is an A-Rank seal and is fortified as such due to its relationship and infusion of Mystic Fire.
