The only way to stop brother's feud is to kill Sasuke. Maybe kakashi will do it if naruto hesitates to do so. Afterall Kakashi is still the team leader and he has responsibility towards sasuke.

Asura grew up with people and those people probably formed a clan called "Senju" and he didn't have any KKG while Indra does. Sharingan is a KKG. So Indra has to choose an uchiha in order to reincarnate.

I don't think so. Naruto looks up to sasuke as a friend. He intends to change his mind that's all. He knows about sasuke's good side too well and he doesn't want sasuke to ignore all that. That's the only reason why he's trying to change sasuke's mind. So it's most likely that kakashi will step up and settle the score with sasuke if naruto fails to kill him.
