Jesus was a real person but he didn't have divine powers! I know a couple of Jesus's btw. And I know ufos are not light because they have pictures of metallic vehicles with lights emanating from them. Nobody just says a ball of light flew by.

While I respect that you believe what you believe, I believe what you believe is a book of fairy tales worshipped by credulous religion that has throughout history spread hate and fear and finally in the modern age where being smart is now considered a good thing rather than people getting burned by the Christians for being smart, finally getting discredited.

While Jesus did exist, in reality he was just a wacko who was spreading ideas about god who the Romans killed because he was a threat to society, they had the right idea, what followed was very wrong.

realistically if a civilization is advanced enough to invent FTL then they are advanced enough to survey a planet without having to fly below its atmosphere or at the very least be advanced enough to go undetected. OMG I have said the exact same thing 100 times. The idea of the afterlife is just for weak minded people to get over their fear of dying. Even if I did follow a religion, it sure wouldn't be Christianity. 99% of todays Christians only follow it because they were raised to, and realize how dumb it is when they get older. Its a horrible faith that says people should live miserable lives and live only for god not themselves, while it rules through fear, hates on sub cultures, molests little boys, and bases all its beliefs on a book of fairy tales. And its basic ideas and practices, even the story of Jesus Christ, were all stolen from older religions that died out thousands of years ago.

Exactly! I grew up in a Christian family myself and I went to church every Sunday. That was until I got wise and started to actually rationalize things. Christians are liars because they say they've talked to Jesus when they really know they were creating answers for themselves. I feel I'm special because I didn't get drawn into that ridiculousness. I lost my childhood fear of God when I was cussing him out during a lightning storm while walking through a puddle...
