Even though this is unofficial, I'd like to treat it like something that might be official, as practice to the NW. However, because it's unofficial, there will be no stealing, or hospital threads afterwards.
Terrain: A valley surrounded by six tall mountains in a hexagonal formation around it, essentially trapping us in this long-range diameter valley. No water source can be found in this valley. We start in the middle of the valley, mid-range from each other.
Mystogan begins by looking directly at the man across from him. How did I get here...? he wondered. And who is this man? Whatever the answer, this man didn't appear to be anyone Mystogan could care to know. Sighing at the fact that this man was in his way of getting out of this random mountainous area, Mystogan decided, silently, to go straight through him. Raising his hand, Mystogan snapped his fingers, the sound echoing throughout the valley. As the he snapped his fingers, Mystogan's chakra was transferred into the man across from him, placing him under and illusion in which his body had been separated into roughly fourty random, angry munchkin clones. The "clones", angry at randomly being little, then run around in chaos within the illusion. In the real world, the man's brain is being tricked into following the motions of the mini-hims he sees in the illusion, causing him to run around randomly. As the man begins to run, Mystogan forms two handseals and places his hand on the ground, causing the ground around the man's feet to spiral inwards towards itself, pulling the man with it underground and crushing him. Afterwards, Mystogan decides that the area actually has a calming effect on him, and so decides that he'll stay there and meditate, forming three handseals to cause water to erupt from half-way up the mountain behind him, forming a waterfall which soon begins to cover the ground of the area in water.

Description:The user will snap their fingers and by doing this they disrupt the targets chakra flow to bring them under a unique genjutsu. once the fingers are snapped - the target will suddenly get bright lines all over their body like a grid. Then their body splits apart in each grid square and making about 40 little who whomever the target it - meaning the target's mind under the illusion is split between the little ones. This causes the target to be confused and feel as if their body has been split into little clones of themselves. The little ones in the illusion are just running around - spouting confusion and being angry that they're small. While under then illusion the little ones cannot use any techniques so the target can't use these little ones as legit clones. In reality, the target is running around due to the confusion.

(Doton: Retsudo Tenshō) - Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Ox → placing hand on the ground, the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Upon opening his eyes, Bakura sees a young man. He then watches as the young man begins to snap. After hearing the snap he finds himself being split apart and forming into numerous small clones. Clearly a genjutsu, Bakura stops moving and forms one handseal. After forming the handseal, Bakura's chakra is momentarily stopped, then his spiritual energy spikes, unbalancing and disrupting my chakra flow, and ultimately releasing him from the illusion.

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja (and above) can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu.
After releasing himself from the illusion, Bakura being to notice as the ground surrounding his begins spiraling. He then channeling earth chakra through his left too which he places behind him. He then manipulates the chakra into forming a pillar which steadily rises, launching Bakura into the air, and evading the jutsu.

Descripton: Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of earth
While in mid-air Bakura begins to make a rasengan. he then adds more and more chakra into it into he forms a gigantic rasengan. With the momentum from the launch still in effect, Bakura, with the Big ball rasengan still at hand, flys directly into you hitting you with the rasengan.

Description: Oodama Rasengan is an advanced Ninjutsu technique that creates a very large Rasengan ball.

Just something I felt that I should mention.
the rasengan is atleast 20 times as big as a normal rasengan and will hit you quite some time before I reach you.
As Mystogan watches the man flying towards him, he notices some form of chakra in his hand. A form which was growing larger and larger. Extending his eye-headed staff outwards, Mystogan focuses doton chakra into the ground around him and causes a large dome of earth to rise up and around him, erecting a defense. After creating the dome, Mystogan begins to exhale a thick mist, which quickly fills the dome as Mystogan continues to create it. Becoming denser and denser, the mist within the dome continues to build up until the powerful ball of chakra expends all of its energy breaking through the dome, allowing the mist to begin spewing out and covering the battlefield. With Mystogan's mist effectively covering the battle area quickly after the dome breaks, he forms three quick handseals which causes rain to fall from the sky. As the rain falls, it slowly sucks out the chakra from everything it makes contact with (it cannot absorb ambient chakra, meaning that only techniques will be drained, not people, clones, or summons).
(Doton: Enchou kangoku) – Earth Style: Dome Prison

Description: This jutsu is used to trap an opponent in a dense dome of rock that rises up and imprisons the them, which can be further manipulated so that spikes will protrude from the inside of the dome piercing the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.
*Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
*Note: No S rank earth techniques the following turn.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
(Suiton Hijutsu: Kirisame) - Water Release Secret Technique: Mist Rain

Description: A technique known by Kirigakure Shinobi where the user first performs the following hand seals Ram → Dog → Rat and then they make it rain. Any chakra that comes into contact with this rain will be eaten and reduces the power of the techniques by -10 damage. This technique lasts three turns.
Note: Can only be used by biographies from the Hidden Mist.
