Sasuke takes this mid diff. He was shown to be literally half blind at the time of his encounter with Kakashi. Now that Kakashi doesn't even have the Sharingan precog, he stands to chance in Taijutsu. Not to mention Sasuke has Manda and Kirin, worst case scenario.

SO because Sasuke has the Sharingan he can move in fluidity with his Chidori and strike more precisely and this makes Kakashi's attempt at a rasengan less controlled... then wouldn't that mean Naruto wouldn't have control of the Rasengan without the sharingan?

I guess you can argue Kakashi's rasengan would lose out to Sasuke chidori because of the lack of Kakashi rasengan feats in any case.

Anyways. Kakashi tricks him with raiton bunshin then cuts him in half with raiden.
He won't need sharingan to aim since since sasuke will be stunned from the clone.

Don't say sasuke will see it because the ever so more proficient itachi failed to see kakashi's clone switches...twice(and itachi's sharingan was active both times)

it has been made clear that you need a sharingan to take away the weakness of the chidori
