Don't know what Hashirama would do.
But the 4 of them take out Akatsuki with a good bit of difficulty. Minato's Bijuu Bombs kill most of them off, Minato already knows about Kamui so GG Obito, Tobirama's Gōjō Kibakufuda takes some of the stragglers out, and Orochimaru himself with a Zetsu body can take out most of them in 1v1 combat.
Hiruzen is good back up.

Nagato,obito,itachi and kisame are more than enough for the powerhouses of oro's edo. Kakuzu handles hiruzen. The rest handle tobiirama

The Hokage would win with higher difficulties if MS or Rinnegan Obito is included. If Obito has the Bijuu along with his MS/Rinneagn then the Hokage would lose.

If obito has the rinnegan and the paths,, then the akatsukis would win,,,
-Obito and Nagato can stall BM Minato long enough through their Bijuu for Minato to run out of his BM,,,which is likely to be 5 minutes if not then 8 minutes,,, once minato runs out of his BM,, i believe that Nagato can beat him,,,
-Tobirama is getting overwhelmed by Itachi and Kisame,,,
-Hiruzen is getting overwhelmed by Kakuzu, and Sasori,,,
-once Obito and Nagato are done with Minato,, who would be the only real threat,, they would floor the rest
