TBB isn't a Rasengan Variant, and TBB Rasengan isn't strong enough to get through Susanoo.

Madara's Susano'o is on a completely different scale than Itachis and Sasuke's, Sasuke's susano'o would fail miserably against Madara's. Plus think about how much chakra it takes to control susano'o. By default Naruto would win because of his large chakra pool and Kurama's chakra. Sasuke is strong. But just not that strong.

I tried to analyze what you said I'm assumin it was " Susano'o is nothing now that Sasuke has EMS, Madara's susano'o is barelly above Sasuke's level. Don't get it twisted "

Either way Susano'o probably wouldn't survive Naruto's Bijuu mode Rasenshuriken. It's already been shown that his Giant rasengan is basically just a spamming rasengan while rasen shuriken has the ability to expandthus creating greater force when it hits the enemy. So yea :|
