Is there a possibility that Tobi/Madara or both or who ever of them gave the rinnegan is it because Nagato was Uzumaki after all and he could use it for so long as they needed in the beggining?

Therefore as a Uzumaki member he could use the power of the rinnegan at it's fullest since his clan posses strong vitality?

If you look at the fight they had Nagato used so much chakra to destroy Konoha, made so much things, fight to dead(almost) (and used incredible amount of chakra without even being a junchuriki so i don't think it's just the rinnegan that gives him so much chakra- just no way )just like Naruto...

Someone would say that Madara gather so many abilities right now and he's using the rinnegan just in a certain moments when he needs, but i don't think it's just that, Tobi also saving his chakra and it's not just that they know how to react the rinnegan, so that's why he's not using it. Therefore i don't think anyone else than Nagato could use the rinnegar for so long like him.

I know we're far ahead from this now but everyone is on hurry to exploit who Tobi is while lettings this details aside from it and forgotting the relationship between Tobi and Madara as Kishi said there is.
Maybe somewhere here is the key to understand who Tobi is also, at least a little... edit

Kabuto made it so that he's Uchiha + Senju = proper Rinnegan usage.

So could it be Uzumaki=Senju+Uchiha? someone who has both the body and is eligible for the eyes thus making for a proper body to wield the powers of the sage himself.

I don't get you're point... we already know nagato is an uzamaki. Does he have more chakara than Tobi and Madara? that remain to be seen. I'd say no because nagato needed 6 chakara recievers to control his other bodies Tobi only needed 1. Also he uses his sharingan eye powers as much as he wants without ever showing fatigue, and just look at madara. He's using many of the most powerful jutsu we have seen without breaking a sweat. Also while using his eye techniques. I just don't see you're point in how this helps us tell who Tobi is. If anything it makes it more confusing because how does he have so Mich chakara...

Nahhh, if we look back at what Tobi said then the older son of the sage posessed the rinnegan and after so long what's so left was the uchiha( why not even huyga clan since Kakashi mentioned that the sharingan is a mutation of byakugan) after decades, and what so over from the yonger one was a pyshical str and vitality which was spread between senju and uzumaki clan, since some people believe they are relative.

More like what Kabuto improved was to use this forest lvl2 and that meteor
