Here's how I see Limbo being beaten. John Cena, oddly enough, can't see the Limbo clones... despite his heroism, he has no Rikudo chakra. However, I doubt the Limbo clones could break Cena's body, given how often he tends to kick out at two. His durability is unmatched, basically, and he would eventually be able to hit two with the Attitude Adjustment (simultaneously, of course) and get the pin. Remember, Madara's durability is nothing compared to Cena's - compare Madara being nearly taken out by a taijutsu master to Cena's constant victory over more "technically skilled" wrestlers. Once Cena defeats the Limbo Clones, he goes in and pins Madara.

If we consider that Black Zetsu killed or "transformed" Madara although they were surrounded by his Limbo Clones they were defeated indeed. Since their only purpose was to protect Madara
