Could it be the place where Oro and Sasuke went Hidden Eddy Village??? Everybody think that is Konoha couse its in ruins and we saw a crumble place but can we forget about Hidden Eddy Village? It was metioned that i was in ruins by Kushina and Eddies specilized in sealing jutsu and we all know what Oro's goal from the start, being immortal and mastering every jutsu. That's possible if you become juubi's jinchuriki, so could it be they r searching for a sealing jutsu there??? and maybe Sasuke is searching for the same power to become more powerful. Just consider this...

In chapter 616 we saw the kages mountain so I asume its Konoha.I think its a little dificultto reach from Konoha to Eddy...ecxept if they used some kind of T/S jutsu.Its not out of the question though.
