use kyuubi chakra in an academy clash? i dont think so. its not a fight to the death, just a simple taijutsu clash of who goes down first and sasuke soloed comfortably. if anything you are pretty much admitting that naruto has no hope of besting base sasuke without any powers

it can be counted because its still a clash between both and sasuke negged, and yes those are the rules duh hence when sasuke pinned him down fight was over.
he was in the same condition as sasuke, couldnt move and would have bled out without external help hence a draw. any non biased person knows this. sasukes purpose of the fight was to cut his bond and erase past which includes naruto, at the end he couldnt do that hence why he said he lost obviously seeing as the physical fight itself was a tie. and you are wrong, naruto did want to hit sasukes face like he admitted but he couldnt because he couldnt move his body. if you still want to cling unto sasuke words then know that naruto refused the victory sasuke handed him saying there are neither winners nor losers in the battle, you accept sasukes words you do the same for naruto.
