Orochimaru will never take over Sasuke's body.

Also, the Orochimaru that was with Sasuke is still in Totsuka within a drunken stupor genjutsu realm. However, Orochimaru left a bit of his consciousness within every curse mark (and he has numerous subordinates). So he can come back in a clone-like version as long as there is someone alive with a CM and someone else around to reverse the seal.
