If I could choose anyone for "most likely to eventually take over the world" in this universe, Kabuto would have my vote.

Give some credit to orochimaru because he is the one who basically created and formed kabuto in what he is.( kabuto when he became a snake started to copy most things orochimaru did including his habits)
