Now, just to clear this up before people make their decisions, since i know a lot of people know less than nothing about these people;

armless Orochimaru can canonically use
- Genjutsu
- 8 branches ( the giant white Hydra)
- kusanagi
- Shadow sleeve snakes
- body replacement ( oral rebirth and it's variants )
- gathering of the snakes( that snake thing he did to recombine his body when cut in half)
- formation of 10,000 snakes ( those thousands of snakes from his mouth )
- white snake form
- Triple Rashoumon

armless hashirama(no mokuton), then, by extention can use
- Sage mode (increased sensing, healing, durability )
- Goujo (5) rashoumon
- Bringer of darkness

NB: All of that ontop including the standard Kenjutsu/Taijutsu of course. Also, Summonings can't be performed as Orochimaru needed kabuto to summon his snakes for him.

I still see Hashirama winning cause of Sage Mode.

If it is anything like Frog Sage Mode, then it gives him some pretty damn impressive speed and physical strength. With that I don't see Oro taking it.

Hashi's sage mode gives him sensing, Defense, near or equal to byakugo levels of healing, and maybe the speed and strength boost. But i'm inclined to beleive that speed and strength are isolated to Frog sages; while agility and greater sensing is isolated to dragon sages; and HEaling and whatever else is isolated to [possibly Slug] sages.

When i say without arms, I mean the same way hiruzen seale doro's hands and he couldn't use jutsu. Don't ask me what hashi can do. He has byakugo healing and his massive senju pool, maybe he can survive a battle of attrition?

Apparently somewhat on the level of byakugo as Madara stated tsunade's healing was just like his after seeing her heal a gaping hole through her stomach without weaving signs.

good good, this is a better match up than i thought. Some people leaning towards oro, some leaning to hashi. Perfect.
