Unfortunately, I think that there will be nerfs. In the trailers we only see Naruto in bijuu mode in a scene that will probably be towards the end of the movie. Furthermore, I think Kishimoto almost fears power for some reason. That would explain the following things:
Why 10 tails jinchuuriki Obito couldn't use Kamui.
Why Rikduou Madara and Naruto were robbed of their truth seeking balls and why nobody has been shown simply creating more truth seeking balls.
Why neither Rikudou Obito nor Rikudou Madara attacked that much during their fights.
Why Kaguya was affected by her own gravity dimension and why she was only given 6 dimensions instead of an unlimited number and why she wasn't really shown rewriting the aspects of her dimensions in a major way even though it was stated that she could.
Why the juubi didn't show to have the powers of all the tailed beasts (like lava, acid, etc...) in addition to its own unique powers.
Why Kishi only showcased 3 rinne sharingan jutsus (infinite tsukuyomi, amenominaka, yomotsu hirasaka)
Why Naruto hasn't shown the true RSM (by the true RSM I am referring to the form with truth seeking balls, not this stupid little eyes crap that is basically just BSM with better speed and sensing) since the battle with Sasuke.
Why Sasuke couldn't get his other arm back, which robs him of chibaku tensei.
Etc... The list goes on and on.
If it was Akira Toriyama, Naruto would be a master at truth seeking balls, Sasuke would be a rinnegan legend, Obito, Madara and Kaguya would have busted a few planets or dimensions or so, etc...
However, Kishi likes to nerf for whatever reason.
Naruto and Sasuke lost their sun and moon seals.
