There will be a final fight between them.What happened in the last chapter doesn´t mean they won´t fight, it only means we don´t know the exact circumstances in which the fight will take place.
For example, right now Sasuke and Naruto will definitely side together in order to defeat Madara, they have a common goal and they want the same thing at this point BUT what happens once Madara is defeated?Once the threat is over?
Most likely decisions will have to be made, leaders will have to be chosen, measures taken to prevent future wars or catastrophes and most importantly people will be searching for someone who brings and keeps peace among them all.
At that point there will be only two people capable of doing that (Nardo and Sauce who) who will have gained by then an immense power that cannot be matched by anyone who is alive (Nardo and Sauce were already top shinobi before receiving the powerup from So6P).
Finally in order to decide who will lead that new emerging era, a fight will be held between Naruto and Sasuke BUT here is the twist; unlike previous incarnations of that fight(Ingra-Ashura Madara-Hashirma) there won´t be a killer intent, there will probably be no hatred or ill will from Sasuke (Elder son) towards Naruto (younger son).
In other words, it will be a fight NOT to eradicate each other or to merely defeat a rival.It will be some sort of honorable fight in which both contenders decide to accept the path(leadership) the winner chooses and one fight in which the victor WILL definitely spare the life of the defeated one.
Thus for the first time in history the two strongest shinobi in an era will work together(with no jealousy or envy of any type between them) to unify the shinobi world and bring peace.
That is the way i see the future events involving Naruto and Sasuke and the end of the manga.
