Well now the contents of the scroll has been shown, and the ones who know every thing have been revealed. We have no more secrets to keep us guessing any more. For so long as well we've had them to entertain our thoughts or debate over.

First we had the Identity of Tobi,

Then we had the power that Itachi gave to Naruto

Then it was Who is in the 6th coffin?

Then we had what is in that scroll Suigetsu found?

and finally we had who are the ones that know every thing?

If I have missed any just throw them in a comment, or if you think you can predict another Naruto mystery to arise soon, add that in a comment as well.

But for now, mysterious items / people that are meant to keep us guessing, have all been answered. and it seems we as the reader are now in a position to just sit back and watch the story unveil it self. No more guess work set out for us.

they should try to have a new secret or mystery available for predictions
every five to ten chapters or twenty maybe
so we can try and guess
while between chapters giving the audience more clues llittle by little

-What will the hokages reveal to Sasuke?
-How or when will Yamato be rescued?
-What will happen to Kabuto and will he escape Izanami?
-What happened to Shisui and his body?
-What went down in the fight between Hashirama and Madara, and how did he escape?
-How did the pact work between Itachi and Obito
-Everything about Sage of Six Paths

There are still a lot of mysteries, but it's all about whether Kishi is going to explain these mysteries or will just leave them off as "It just happened, that's all"...

Actually there's still quite a few unanswered questions as many have already pointed out.

The biggest right now is what really happened with Rin and Kakashi. Why did he kill her? What were the events leading up to that? It's all still quite unclear. I think Kakashi probably had a good reason to have killed her, as you could tell he didn't want to do it, and Obito said "you let Rin die, not you killed rin, so it's pretty unclear.

And there's also what Madara's real ambition is. Obito had been lead to believe Madara's ultimate plan was the eternal tsukiyomi, but I'm not sure if that's what Madara really wants. Obviously he plans on becoming the 10 tails jin, but how he is going to accomplish that is beyond me considering it doesn't seem like Obito is about ready to revive him...
