Naruto doesn't know much jutsu. Make Ball and Make Clone are the only jutsu he knows... take that away and he is fodder you should know that

Take Raikage's lightning away = fodder

This ^^. I agree. Naruto has 5-10 jutsus max but that is enough to tank Madara, Obito, Tailed Beasts & even Kaguya is afraid of him now.
