It was very brutal but I feel they'll obviously be healed thanks to what Frozhe is doing atm. It looks like part of area 0, so is there a connection between the two?

Acacia is definitely implied as a good guy as Toriko stated. So NEO is taking over him. Although he gets no redemption from me, he killed by boy Jirou & Don Slime. D: Potentially the 8 kings too... I don't think Toriko's hand got eaten, I could be wrong.
