As per the databook, Hagoromo got a Kekkei Moura dōjutsu where Hamura only had Kekkei Genkai dōjutsu. Poor Hamura, the less powerful brother packed off to the moon to live out a useless life as a hermit with more family problems than the entire guest list of the Jerry Springer show.

And all whilst Hagoromo skipped through fields, bragging about his eyes and fanning himself with Bashosen whilst drinking soul flavoured sake from Benihisago.

Oh and Hamura had the Tenseigan powered by the chakra he inherited from Kaguya. Just like Hagoromo had the Rinnegan powered by her chakra. So I'd say they were pretty even. Until Hagoromo became JJ anyways.

A stronger and more powerful advanced technique than a Kekkei Genkai. Look at the difference between Kaguya's Byakugan based powers and any Kekkei Genkai version, the same again goes for the Mōra of Tomogoroshi no Haikotsu, which is vastly stronger than its watered down derivative Kekkei Genkai, Shikotsumyaku.

Yin and Yang; And no, not really. Hagoromo gave them what he had left, after centuries of using chakra to stay and watch over the world. Tenseigan is only a Kekkei Genkai, Hagger's Rinnegan was a Kekkei Mōra. The difference between the two can be seen in the gap between Tomogoroshi no Haikotsu and Shikotsumyaku.

Databook said she can do eighty gods fist because of her "mastery over chakra" not anything about kekkei mora having to do with it but I guess the ash bone example makes sense. Kekkei mora means "bloodline encompassing". Maybe that hints to having all bloodline limits or something.

I agree. He was left to lick his brother's boots. It probably has something to do with him being a vessel for Juubi rather than Hamura. Just a vague guess, but that's what I think.

Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack (八十神空撃, Yasogami Kūgeki) is a Kekkei Mora taijutsu used by Kaguya, made possible by her mastery of chakra. She loads chakra into her palm, and then unleashes it as a barrage of countless fists. The fist attacks can also be used defensively, and when coupled with Kaguya's perfect dojutsu, it has the potential to become the strongest offensive ability. The Hyuga clan uses a similar vacuum palm attack, Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm, but there is a wide gulf in power between the two.

All of her techniques are Kekkei Mora. That Truth Seeing Orb is as well. When it's listed as a normal Ninjutsu for Madara, Obito, and Naruto.
