If you look you see an Anbu member landing pretty damn close to tsunade,

The anbu member landed asoon as asura path started the attack, Yet even though he was only a couple of feet from tsunade he was no where close to making it in time.

While naruto was quite a distance behind her. So before the anbu could move a couple of feet, Naruto had blitzed a far greater distance.

Jiraya could blitz cuz he had speed of 5 enhanced by SM not of 3.5 as of naruto.

Imperfect - Only gives you stronger ninjutsu,stronger hits(still blockable),enhanced speed and enhanced lifting ability.

Perfect - Sensing,unblock able taijutsu, 1 hit KO punches, enhanced speed(more than imperfect),stronger ninjutsu,enhanced lifting ability,FRS that can blow up a solar system and durability(In SM Naruto never bleeds).

What ever Jiraiya can do Naruto( a perfect sage) can do better.Lol
