Before he was known as the tyrant ruler, Darkseid, he was simply Uxas. As Uxas, he was an ordinary looking man, with tan skin, moderate build, and long brown hair kept tidy in a ponytail. His attire was a humble ensemble; he adorned reddish brown pants and shirt with yellow accent designs spread through the shirt. Additionally, he sported brown, leather-like gloves and boots.
However, as he turned on his fellow "Old Gods", and acquired their power for himself, his appearance drastically shifted. This new form is his highly recognized form, where he goes by Darkseid. His build grew massively larger, taking on incredible muscular increase. His skin's appearance began to be almost rocky in texture, and even has a grayish hue. Following that, he would take on new blue armor and plating that would cover nearly his whole person. His signature omega symbol is placed in the front of his armor, acting as a symbol to who he is. The red in his eyes can almost feel like they glow, though this may simply be a unique effect of his Sharingan.
Darkseid is a character whose personality can vaguely be described as evil incarnate. Darkseid is not merely content to control but to dominate those individuals under him into totally obedient and morally corrupt caricatures of individuals. Apokolips is a world that resembles Hell because of his need to be worshipped as a god and the need to nurture the most horrible aspects of the human spirit. In a personality cult reminiscent of Stalinism, his subjects are raised to venerate him, to sacrifice themselves gladly in his name.
Darkseid practices great emotional restraint, always maintaining a calm and disciplined composure despite the furious rage that often boils within him. Whereas others, such as his own children that inherit this rage cannot control it, relying on his outside help to keep their emotions in check. Darkseid seems to possess a twisted form of honor but this code is 'flexible' depending on his mood. It seems he desires to be thought of as an honorable being but never lets this stand in the way of his gaining power or revenge. He especially takes delight in seeing the mighty brought low whether in strength or moral conviction. Darkseid's primary weakness may be his obsession to get even with people who have gotten the better of him.

To this end, he seeks to unravel the mysterious 'Anti-Life Equation', a presumed force which would allow him to control completely the thoughts and emotions of living beings. While still without the Anti-Life Equation, he has several other methods to achieve dominance over others.

As the fearsome tyrant ruler and proclaimed God of Tyranny, Darkseid is especially adept in battle tactics and skills, possessing an extensive array of Taijutsu, including NB Taijutsu's forbidden arts. Though he rarely needs to, he has the capabilities of defeating nearly any foe who steps up.
Fire Mastery
Fittingly, as the ruler of a hellscape known as Apokalypse, filled to the brim with fire pits that spew geysers of flames, Darkseid has a natural affinity towards Fire Release, capable of using any and all fire based jutsu with a lone seal and with relative ease.
Satsui no Hado CFS
Taught by the Grandmaster of the Style, Darkseid's training within the Fighting Style has caused him to have better reflexes, increased agility and speeds, when compared to master Strong Fist user (one who has mastered Strong Fist), resulting in his overall physical speed being increased by an additional +4 levels.
Ninjutsu
Darkseid has a natural affinity towards of Wyverns, which he rules over with an iron first and refers to as Parademons though this is just symbolic. This affinity allows him to travel with a Wyvern by his side at all times.
Yin-Yang Master
Due to his strong blood and her YY mastery, Darkseid's chakra control and skill has risen tremendously, making him both spiritually and physically superior to the average ninja and even medical-ninja. His increased and heightened abilities allow him the ability to passively sense chakra and his raw chakra based techniques are neutral to elemental ones. He is also more resistant to physical damage such as normal Taijutsu and blunt weapons (reduction of up to 40 Damage per Technique), low ranked burns, electrocution, etc. and won't be damaged by the use of Forbidden Rank Techniques (though still needing to abide to the restrictions of the technique nonetheless). In addition to this, he is able to use Genjutsu - Kai without hand seals due to his natural affinity for Genjutsu. As well, because of his heightened spiritual prowess, he is be able to sense and detect Genjutsu (up to A-Rank) as well as be aware of spiritual entities around himself. His greater chakra control also allows him to use less chakra (-10 Points up to B-Rank, -15 for A-Rank and Above) for all non Yin/Yang Release specific techniques should he wish it.
In addition to her normal Yin-Yang abilities, Darkseid has a Creation of a wyvern-like chthonian Parademon (front arms connected to wings). Roughly three times his own size, most of his scales are black, shadowing red ones that run down his back and neck. His wings and frills are black-red mix, down to the wing-bones which are black. His eyes are orange-red. He often seeks his mother's affection, and is often seen being caressed by her. He is fiercely protective of his mother, and will fight viciously in order to defend her, ignoring wounds if needed. Gifted with the ability to use 3 elements (White Fire, Divine Wind and Fire), Yin-Yang Release and has a natural immunity to any and all Fuuinjutsus. He is also able to communicate with Darkseid mentally and understand his verbal commands with ease.

In another land, a group known as the Old Gods were immortal beings who drew power and authority on the prayers of others to remain in power, but nevertheless cared nothing about them. Soon the rebellious Uxas began putting lies and corruption in the minds of these Gods which sparked a war between them. As the gods began to die, Uxas began stealing the Gods' power for himself.
Eventually, when his father Yuga Khan came to strike down both him and his brother Izaya for their insolence against the Old Gods, his rebellion utilized forbidden techniques to revive the Olds Gods Uxas murdered, but was ultimately slain by his own son who took the fallen Gods' power to become the New God, Darkseid.
Izaya, too, received power from the Old Gods and confronted him, claiming they were New Gods who should unite to bring forth a new age, but Darkseid only felt disdain and destroyed their world, with only him and Izaya remaining.
As time passed, Darkseid created the hellpit of Apokolips and has remained as its sole ruler, with the only force capable of opposing him being his brother, now known as Highfather, and his forces of New Genesis.

Body Seals
Darkseid learned how to create a seal that both augments and limits his greatly, sacrificing the ability to use Lightning while in usage as the seal is applied towards his Ichor CE. He also has the Morality seal applied and the Uchiwa Gunbai strapped to his back with Hecate's Binding seal applied. Izanagi is sealed within the Transcription seal, Soter's Deliverance is also as well as the Mayer's Band wristband around her wrist.

Description: These are metal armguards based in the first place on the AC bracers, however your own model is allowed and you can wear one or two of them. These armguards have sharp metal plates imbedded in the leather interior in the shape of teeth. Normally these teeth are smoothly integrated into the soft interior, however they can react on the user's charka flow When this flow is distorted by genjutsu, the metal plates start sinking into the user's skin, causing electrical pain impulses send to the brain and kicking him out of the genjutsu. How deep the plates sink into the skin and thus how much pain they cause, depends on the rank of the genjutsu. The higher the rank, the more pain. E-Ranks will only cause a small scratch, while S-Ranks will almost cut to the bone; in any case however it avoids vital spots like the arteries. It works up to S-Rank Genjutsu, excluding specific MS Genjutsu. The advantage of this the small amount of time it takes as it works immediately after the genjutsu is casted, the user doesn't even have to realize he was in a genjutsu. The armguards can also be used as ways to defend your arms against regular physical attacks and swords.

Description: A metal retractable blade hidden from sight. It's a blade consisting of three parts which can be released and retracted via a mechanism. Just by flicking your wrist or by focusing normal chakra in the mechanism, the blade can be activated. It's attached to the inside of your forearm. The first part is rectangular with the mechanism and is attached to your arm. The second part slides out of it and the third part is blade which slides out of the second part. This is done extremely fast. Because it's hidden and it can be used swiftly it's ideal for assassinations, though it can be used for normal combat too. You can carry two hidden blades, one on each arm. Even though the hidden blade is a separate part, it can be incorporated in the previous mentioned bracers.

It has a small mechanism which allows the user to shoot needles out of the tube, one at a time, and it can hold a maximum of five needles. By pulling the mechanism backwards, which can be done before a battle, and then make a flick with your arm it shoots the needle. The mechanism only needs to be pulled backwards once, which then retreats for a small part every time a needle is shot. When the fifth needle is shot, the mechanism is back to its original place. The strength and speed of the needle when shot is just a bit more than when you would throw it. It can fire needles up to long range. Med shinobi can cover the needles with poison. The needle shooter can, just like the hidden blade, be incorporated into the earlier explained bracers; in one or both of them.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Fūinjutsu: Maiyā no Bando) — Sealing Arts: Mayer's Band

Chakra: (Equivalent to the Amount of Opposing Tech)

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

Description: The user forms a Fuuinjutsu that is simple in nature yet advanced in it's applications. Channeling chakra, the user creates a seal that is applied to a weapon of the user's choice. The purpose of this seal is to extend the user's chakra manipulation through an instrument of his choosing. This allows the user to release Jutsu from this instrument or item of choice as long as it's in the form of a streamed jutsu, like Great Majestic Annihilation or a projectile like Water Bullet. A one time use seal, this can be applied either in battle or pre applied before battle by placing in the user's bio. After applied, lasts until the user cancels it. In order for this to work, the weapon has to be in contact with the user's body or said jutsu will be released from their original point of release.
Note: Can only be used on weapons the user owns.
Note: This seal also binds the weapon to the user, meaning it can't be lost unless the user himself throws it away.

Description: This technique comes in the form of a seal, resembling a tattoo, that is passively inscribed on the user's chest before battle and directly connected to his chakra center via his own chakra once activated. It can also alternatively be applied to the user during battle via sealing tag.. The seal is infused with an abundance of very light and free type of earth chakra, similar to that of "Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique". Designed to close the gap between Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, this seal may be activated at will, whenever the user wishes, due to being so intricately connected to his chakra, but may only be used in combination with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique. Whenever he wills it and performs such a technique, the seal may activate. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. While the user still is not able to simply leap above things like Majestic Annihlation, he may still dodge any ninjutsu technique that is up to 10 meters in any dimension in its size with the aforementioned ways. While this jutsu may be used in combination with a taijutsu or kenjutsu move in the same timeframe due to it only being activated once these moves are used, it of course takes up a move slot.

(Juinjutsu: Kyūshutsu no Soter) — Cursed Seal: Soter's Deliverance

Description: Based on the Sealing Trap Explosion, the user creates a cursed barrier around his person. This skin tight barrier is then made dormant until specific conditions are met. Should a jutsu of foreign chakra approach the user, the armor will react in such a way that, much like the parent jutsu, an explosion is generated. However, the difference between the two is that while the basic version is omnidirectional, this variant is a controlled outwards explosion generated towards the source of the foreign chakra. Due to the layer of chakra in the barrier around the body, the user is left unscathed as the barrier generated explosion disperses any attack of same chakra level or lower. Due to being an actual barrier and not a chakra shroud like with SM or Bijuu Modes, the user is left able to use other mode based jutsu while this lays dormant. Should an explosion occur in a direction, the user is able to release it from his fist instead of his entire front torso.
Note: Can be applied passively and pre-placed on the user's bio.
Note: After using, the user cannot use again for one turn and no S ranked Fuuinjutsu next turn.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Fūinjutsu: Maiyā no Bando) — Sealing Arts: Mayer's Band

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

The barrier protects from the attack keeping it away from the target, gathers the energy in one area, then it momentarily absorbs the energy from the attack and then forces the attack outward away from the shield in effect, dispersing the attack altogether. It is powerful enough to block a point-blank attack with a rasengan. This technique, once activated stays invisible until a attack heads towards it. The user must state where the central point around the body. This can only be used twice per battle and once at a time. Only defends up to an A-rank technique and most Tai-Ken.
