[Theory] NO head bands

I looked through the chapter and only saw one person wearing a leaf head band. That was konohamaru. Even the Gokage don't have their village insignia. Seeing as the world isn't seperated by villages anymore there really isn't any need for those things.

They still have them, but most chose not to wear it, probable because of a sign of union between everyone. Or maybe because that many high authority people don't wear the headband at all.
