Lel, no. Vegeta stands alone so he would be never on a tag team. He would not even let his own son Trunks help him out. So adding Vegeta to this tag team has basically killed your tag team lel. The only character that Vegeta would team up with is Goku but even that is too much for him.

Yeah Goku easily he might not even need 2 others. Thats why I doubt this is hands down the best tag team ever.

Sasuke and Zoro could do nothing against Goku, NV and OPV are nothing compared to DBZ. Goku alone could low diff both NV and OPV at the same time, but he still gets shitted on by many other manga or comic book characters.
