No Deaths| Movies and Gaiden Irrelevant

The last, Gaiden and Boruto Movie are all irrelevant to the series. None of them moved the series forward in any way shape or form which is just sad.

Both The last and Boruto movie arent differentiated from the previous filler movies. Yes they can be seen as canon because Kishi wrote the story but they follow the same guidelines as previous filler movies. Maybe if one had a serious character death then it could have been seen as something. Just one simply character death could have made those movies more relevant than what they are.

Anything new which was added through the movies just comes off so irrelevant because it changed nothing in the series.

Chapter 700 was an epilogue. Thats it. You dont introduce completely new villains in an epilogue.

All the Gaiden and movie did was ask more questions. Ii didn't close anything. 700 was closure. These things just asked more questions.

They seemed like sad attempts to restart the series and continue the franchise.

Only a few clips are out but the whole plot in detail has already been released.

Deaths wouldn't make it relavent, but at the very least this movie did make the threat of invaders that Sasuke spoke of seem more like a reality.

If the villain killed someone close to Naruto or Sasuke then it would have really gave every one something to fight for. The villains came off as simple filler movie villains.

Nah relavent means the have a place in the story line. There are plenty of characters that were relevant but had no impact.
