What did you expect? this isn't the first time a white cop has killed a black man illegally and for little to no valid reason. This shit is normal in the "Great" 'Murica . **** these people.

Lol. The rioter's actions shouldn't speak for the rest of the black people who aren't rioting. There are black people who live completely normal lives and are still not being treated fairly. The way you post that remark sort of implies that all of us deserve to have this label stamped to our heads due to the actions of the few. You could have just said that the actions of the civil rights protesters were more noble. "Black people want to be treated fairly? Don't act like a bunch of uncivilized cavemen." That's sounding mad ignant.
sadly there is some truth in that though... the acts of a few often define the way people are perceived... not all black people are bad, obviously, but there are those that are … same with whites and Hispanics… if you have a bad experience with one person … unless you’re smart or have common sense, you will remember that experience.. and it will define how you think of that race or group as a whole. Its stupid but that’s how people are … a lot forget that not all people are the same… and what’s worse is that intelligent people often follow the unintelligent simply because they take charge more often… which is dumb …

That makes no sense.. there are way more who aren't rioting and looting then those that are. You want to strike a nerve in people but doing in that way doesn't have much integrity.
If you are trying to make a point to ignorant people, being the same way yourself won't make much progress. But it's w.e, do as you choose.
It's kind of funny because people on the same side as you are filling tumblr with ¨F*ck all white people!¨ posts. Not saying you fall into that category, but it's just weird to me how the same side that says don't let the few define the many has people using the few to define the many as some kind of defense for empowerment.

So you mean to tell me that the man didn't have a police baton?
No pepper spray? How about a taser?

Whether the boy was a real thug or just pretending to be one ( cop killers aren't on their way to college, for the most part) the cop had other options.

And if it had been the other way around, hell noir wouldn't be riots, there would have been a man hunt. They would have forced people to leave their homes for days at a time. Because they have the power to do so. I was just following a story about a guy who shot a police officer, they literally did nothing but walk around the woods for 40 days

Side note what type of training are they doing when a teenager is the scariest thing you've seen in your life? He's a ****ing cop, and you mean to tell in all his years this 18 year old boy was the most freighting thing he'd encounter until this point. And where was all the combat training that tax dollars pay for? I wouldn't want an officer like him anyway he was terrible, and at the very least should have been fired

We don't know how it all went down. We weren't there and there were very few witnesses. However, all evidence points to Brown being unruly, noncompliant and using excessive force on the officer. There were even witnesses that had stories that matched the evidence for god sake. So how about the basic human rights for that officer? Is it that when you become an officer, you lose your self-defense rights? What if that was an innocent bystander with a permit to carry a weapon and Brown attacked them, is that alright now to open fire in self defense?

Officer or not, Wilson is still an American civilian and he has the same rights as we do. Evidence points to Wilson order Brown to put his hands up, get on the ground, to stop approaching, etc. Brown refused to do any of that and proceeded to assault the officer. Whether Brown actually went for the gun or not doesn't matter, he was attacking and Wilson had all the right to defend himself to which he used his gun. If you even take a look, multiple shots were fired, first 2 in Michaels arm to which didn't stop Michael from assaulting, forcing the 3rd shot to be somewhere more critical and life threatening. What the cop did was just, he had the right to detain Michael for violence and then had the right to defend himself, his own life after Michael directed that violence upon the officer.

Now here's what I find even more stupid about Ferguson and your counter-arguement. If you were fighting for the cause of racial diversity, for being suppressed by state officials, especially officers, you don't choose the thug who already has staggering evidence upon him that he was already a violent bully and showed signs of wanting to assault and even kill officers, whether good or corrupt, to be the face of your god damn movement. That's like using Kim-Jon Un as the face of equality in North and South Korea, it just doesn't make sense. Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, etc. are people that should be used as the face. They were shot and/or killed unjustly by officers overreacting and abusing their powers and authority, but noooo, let's destroy a god damn town for Michael Brown.

Why would it matter? If Michael Brown killed Wilson instead, would that be fair instead? Killing a cop for doing their job? Killing a cop that was trying to defend themselves? Would a riot be thrown in Wilson's stead? Look at the bigger picture you ignorant **** and you tell me that this riot, this destruction of other peoples property (in which they too have human rights) over a court ruling in favor of an officer who made the just call is the right way to approach this matter?! What if this riot resulted in the death of other innocent bystanders? Is this all Wilson's fault still?

First off lrn2forum...

Did the cop have other options? Sure he probably did.
Let's list them off:
Taser? No, you have to be certified to use one, which the officer was not.
Pepper spray or the use of a baton? You raise a good point bringing them up. Though the first thing I am reaching for is my gun.
There isn't any way in hell that I am grabbing my baton when being charged and pepper spray, it could have worked sure but when you are being charged at, pepper spray isn't your first instinct.

You've obviously never been in a serious situation such as this, as to experience the fight or flight mentality, everyone will react different. When there is a man charging at you after you have said stop moving or I will shoot, you grab that gun tight and squeeze that trigger.
You must be registered for see images

When you see that right there, charging at you, you shoot to put that in the ground.
People keep calling him a boy, does that look like a boy to you? No, that's the picture of a thug. Stop treating him like a child.
You seriously don't know anything about police officer training do you? Combat training? That's rich, it isn't the military, they aren't put through drills like that.

Youre no moderator here if you break the rule you will be reported as you have. Police are trained officials of the law at the very least they can handle an 18 year old boy. How does that picture depict him as as a thug? Because he frowns? Did he carry any guns or knifes on him? and even if he did how do you know they were not purchased legally? How can you call a man a thug from his picture, its either absolutely stupidity or you already know the individual in question. You pick.

> MFW you act like a mini mod on this site yet on another you act as if you have an iq in the negatives...
You keep threatening to report me, go ahead, Mr. Mini Mod. I don't care. Moderators get in trouble if they break rules too, are you saying the staff here is corrupt or that people are scared to report them? The fact that you carry this grudge and continue to harass me, shows you are not material for staff. Also, the fact that you can't tell this person is a thug from the photo shows you are either blind or have some serious mental capacity issues. You pick.
Since you like to block vms from people, point your client towards irc.semperfubar.net:6667 and we can talk this out, but this is obviously getting off course, so we should stop spamming this thread with this little squabble.

Please just hit the report button if you believe a rule is being broken but there is no need to report it to other people that you reported nor to warn them about it. That never solves any problem. Only creates more.

Really now.. why would you drag staff in your flame war pointlessly? Staff is not involved in this argument. You two are which you should have taken to VM long before. ( in case if you must argue)

And closing this thread. The news is old now and the officer has already resigned as well.
