no bad guys in naruto

why is it that their are no truly evil bad guys in naruto....
they all have a change of heart at the end(nagato, sasori, zabuza, itachi)

the current crop of bad guys are also kinder lame..
1. Madara........ i love dis guys(one of the coolest ppl in naruto) but his plan is all about bring back his dead brother..
2. Tobi....misses Rin
3. Oro....Misses his parents
Where the truly bad ppl like the joker in batman, dong bad things because he can and for the fun of it....

didnt u hear them say people who are died are gonna come back( case a point....obito and Rin), have u seen the nine tails lately? Oro was taking revenge for his dead parents( just like sasuke)
