You can't deny it. This is the biggest asspull in Naruto Manga history. Right now, they make Sakura look like she deserves the Rinnegan.

No there are many situations in the Naruto Manga where similar instances have occurred for example SO6P giving his chakra to Sasuke and Naruto therefore inheriting the power they now have and the same has happened to Kakashi through Obito so if we look at that then we can understand that it isn't an "Asspull" therefore making it something that was forseen ^^

I don't think Sasuke took Kabuto's powers. He took Orochimaru's because he trained under him and also Orochimaru gave him the curse mark by force. He didn't point at his neck and threw snake bait so he can come and bite him or whatever he did. All of Sasuke's powers are in his clan. Itachi is his brother. Is Kakashi Obito's brother? No. Is Kakashi a Uchiha? No. Indra was the Uchiha's ancestor so there you go. Hagoromo gave it to him when he was dead and he also gave Naruto Jesus Mode. Why aren't you complaining about that?

I still don't like it. Kekkei Genkai is supposed to be a bloodline limit as in only those who share the same blood should be able to use it aka clan. I don't like an outsider to the clan being able to use sharingan abilities on the highest level. That should saved for sasuke and madara (respectively, the clans past and future leaders). There should be a limit or drain for an outsider to have that ability. Kishi took away that limit and to me that's an asspull.
