Lightning (In Real Life) is a release of electricity from the sky. It occurs as quick as it dissappears. Most people argue that it rivals the speed of sound. It is ALWAYS accompanied by thunder. It is currently unknown as to exactly how lightning is formed.
Lightning to a ninja.
Lightning is strong against Earth and weak against wind. When combine with water it makes a very formidable attack since water conducts electricity, it makes the attack stronger. However, I must say that when used with fire, I have found it to be more...........efficient a technique. You shoot wind towards the Fire/Lightning combo and yes, the lightning may go away, but the fire is enhanced by the wind. You shoot Water towards it and yes, the Fire goes away, but the lightning grasps the Water and continues forward to do dual damage to an enemy. You shoot earth toward it, and it may stop the fire, maybe, but the lightning will break through and continue towards the enemy.
Choice of wordplay in the RP will determine how effectively in battle one uses the lightning/fire combo. If an enemy uses an earth defense as a shield of the technique as a whole, the user of the fire/lightning combo may state that the lightning portion of the combo hits the earth first, thus breaking throught the Earth, and carrying the fire with it. An enemy would have to do one of two things: combine a stronger or equal to Fire/lightning combo, or completely evade the attack. The later is preferred.
Although I have heard others say that they think Lightning and Wind is a better combo.

Exacta. Good explanation. Now for the first jutsu... Try to draw out your lightning based chakra and guide it to your hand. As it reaches your hand you must pay concentration on releasing it from your palm/fingertips in form of small lightning bolts. * Creates a clone * Give it a shot on him.

Concentrating inwardly on lightning and everything that embodies it, I channel my lightning chakra from my stomach to my fingertips. I then begin to concentrate on releasing the lightning from my fingertips in small lightning bolts the size of darts. I aim toward the Clone of Nnoitra Sama. Upon piercing the clone, it poofs.

Description: Small static bolts for attack and defense.
Next is lightning surge. For it you must focus chakra into your hand just like in lightning technique. Then slam your hand on ground and send lightning surge at my clone through the soil from your hand ~Creates a clone~

Concentrating deeply on my lightning chakra, I force my chakra into my hands until it begins to glow as bright yellow and cackle with lightning. I then slam my hands onto the ground and release the lightning chakra from my hands into the earth, and towards the clone.

Forcing twice the Lightning chakra as before into my hands until Lightning cackles at a high intensity in the palm of my hands. I then slam my hands onto the floor and spread my Lightning Chakra from the palm of my hands into the earth. I concentrate on stretching my lightning chakra through the ground and towards the clone, keeping the same high intensity as it travels. It then hits the clone, surrounds the sole of it's feet, and then travels upward.
* As the surge reaches my clone it causes him to start shivering vigorously and poof afterwards * Good. Jutsu you learned:

Okay. Next is Raging thunder. For this one you need to focus lightning chakra over part of your body and create electric field that covers a part of your body. Then as you hit opponent or opponent hits your field he/she will get shocked.

I concentrate Lightning Chakra into my right leg, forcing it to create an aura of Lightning around my leg. I focus my chakra to make sure that the lightning stays there adn doesn't spread to another part of my body. Keeping my chakra control, I then create a Clone. Keeping the concentration on my lightning chakra in check, I jump 2 feet off the ground and twisting myself to the left, and still concentrating the Lightning Chakra in my right leg, I kick my clone in the head

Okay. Next jutsu is thunder saber. It's pretty much like Raging thunder expect that you create a shield that provides explosion when opponent hits it. BTW the explosion doesn't do harm on you

I concentrate Lightning chakra to create a shield around my body. I charge the ions in the shield way past the point that they should normally be charged, Making it so that if anything comes into contact with it, it will immediately explode outwards towards my opponent and away from me.

Okay. Next jutsu is Electromagnetic murder. For that jutsu you must first focus raiton chakra in your hands and do oar → Ram → Snake → Horse → Dragon handseals. Once you're done with handseals you are able of firing a wave of electricity that works well with water jutsu if combined.

I focus Lightning chakra into my hands, and do the handseals for Boar-Ram-Snake-Horse-Dragon. The Lightning around my hands cackle at a high intensity before sending a wave of electricity. I then Use Water Shockwave to comine with the Lightning Jutsu.

Do you always have to do water before you combine it with lightning?
Is there other attacks that you have to do before you do lightning other then water, or is that the only exception?

No, you don't. That jutsu was:

Next jutsu is Lightning ball. For it you first need to place your both hands over your head and gather lightning chakra into them. Then, as enough lightning chakra is gathered a lightning ball should form. Then you can throw/hurl it at someone/something

I stretch my arms up to the sky in the same manner fashion that Goku would to use to begine using Spirit Bomb (Baby Saga version where he used 2 hands instead of just one), I then concentrate Lightning chakra into my hands and project it outwards. I start off by making a small Lightning Ball (same size as Rasengan), and then adding more Lightning Chakra to it. I increase the size and power of the Rasengan sized Lightning ball and made it into a larger one (Great Ball Rasengan or Odama, which ever is the next largest). Maintaining concentration on its size, I throw the Lightning Ball towards a tree.
