(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation
I take out my lucky sword and generate fuuton chakra through it. I condense the gathered chakra into the sword and begin to spin around. While spinning I release the fuuton chakra and control it to make sure it stays close to me, still spinning the sword, the fuuton begins to follow with the spin. Wind starts to spin around me creating a vortex of normal size which covers my body. After finishing I let the technique be released by stopping the spin of my sword.
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
This is a very defensive type jutsu, finding a combo is difficult. What I would do is use it as you mention, if someone was the use sticky mud on me from above I would use this jutsu to repel it away as well as mention that the mud is launched all over the terrain, including areas where the opponent is standing. So I guess the opponent my get distracted and I can attack. I would also think while spinning around holding my sword, I can have kunais in my hand before hand and launch them at random towards the opponent, making evasion tough as well as blocking incoming attacks.
Ways to Counter: This seems rather easy if someone was to try and use it on me, I would simply cause the base of where they are standing to move, break up, or make it slippery. They will not be able to spin properly and will most likely fall down.
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Its main uses is defensive, a fast technique and simple to use. Its a useful tech to get you out of most situations.

(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
I gather my chakra into my lungs and take a deep breathe thinking about the wind blowing through my hair. I manipulate the nature of the chakra to turn into fuuton chakra. I take out a kunai and inhale deeply condensing the chakra in my lungs, I exhale blowing out the fuuton chakra on the kunai while making it attach itself to the kunai. A greenish aura begins to condense around the kunai to an extent where it has a longer range and sharper cut.
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: Now its main purpose is to fight close range, so its pretty much fighting with a powerful sword. To try and take advantage of it is to aim for vital areas of the body. This includes the neck, back of the head, and spinal area. Lastly I would take out a small kunai or small weapon for the art of deception, and attack randomly between the two. This will force the opponent almost guess which weapon I will use and which method of evasion will they have to use.
Ways to Counter: I have a great fire custom that allows me to grow gauntlets on my arms made of fire, it would easily be able to stop the fuuton, for canon techs well I would try to force the opponent to stay away from my area using projectile based techniques. If an opponent got close to me I would use the taijutsu Drunken fist to make my evasions fluid and confusing not allowing my opponent to know what method of attack to use, then I strike with a tai attack.
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): The is a short range battle type technique. Very useful to gain the advantage in short range.

Questions about the technique (Optional): How long does the fuuton chakra remain on the weapon? Must you wield it, pretty much can you use it with a projectile weapon to throw at the opponent without the fuuton disperse.
(Fūton: Shinkūken) - Wind Release: Shock Blade
I take out my sword and send fuuton chakra through the blade and take aim, I swing the sword left from right in releasing the fuuton chakra and creating a arc wind blast which moves fast through the area.
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: This is a great projectile based technique. I will simply send the blast of wind in a short range and then send multiple other projectile attacks from other directions of the opponent probably great fire dragon. This will make it hard for evasion and be pushed back.
Ways to Counter: A simple blast of a fire projectile would be easy enough to overpower it. I would most likely use a armor to not only withstand the attack but continue forward to attack the opponent after he sends the tech.
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Projectile attack good for the use of combos and easy to perform. Its best used in short range to really force the opponent in a tough situation.
