jutsu, nin being ninja and jutsu being techniques, so in short ninjutsu means ninja techniques, so ninjutsu refers to all
most of not all ninja techniques, ninjutsu allows the user to be able to performs tasks and things that he/she wouldn't
normally be able to do through the use of building up chakra and also building it properly by the formation of hand
seals, the user can then advance this build up of chakra making the chakra be any Elemental nature they want, by
implementing the properties of the elemental nature they want while building chakra(nature transformation) and then
giving it a shape or form(shape manipulation)

Paying close attention to detail, making logical inferences about your opponent, gradually deciphering your opponent's fighting style, noticing minute disturbances in your surroundings and remaining vigilant at all times is required if a ninja is to survive. Often a lack of awareness leaves you prone to assassinations, being struck by invisible attacks or worse still, making you unable to realize nor release an illusionary technique.
Even with the astounding abilities a ninja can come to acquire, he/she should never overlook or forget these fundamental rules. It could very well result in their downfall.

Right now, we'll begin on weapons usage in a battle. Tell me about all of the ninja tools you know of, describe them thoroughly and how they can be used in battle.
Okay about ninja tools, first of all a ninja tool is an equipment used my a shinobi to either aid him in a fight(close combat) or to cause distraction(used as a decoy). some tools are used by specific ninja's while some are used by all.
Now ninja tools: ninja can be broken down further into classes: offensive, defensive and supplementary, in some cases a ninja tool can be both offensive and defensive and also supplementary. going in further as you said but slightly changed, ninja tools are classified as weapons which are the offensive and defensive class, scrolls which are mostly in the supplementary class.
Going into each known ninja tools:
- kunai: this is a knife used by all shinobi/ninja, its black in color and very sharp. its long and has a pointy tip. it can be fused with chakra to increase its cutting abilities.
-shuriken: this is a metal tool, which is cross shaped like a star, it has a circle in the middle, allowing a ninja's finger to pass through. when it can be thrown with accuracy and also be thrown to curve along its way to its target
- demon wind shuriken: this is also used by all shinobi, its huge in size, black in colour, a bigger variation of the normal shuriken thats normally thrown, thus it spins like a windmill when thrown, it big that when one is thrown another can be hid underneath its shadow
-wire cord: a very long and sturdy string, used in various ways and forms, can be used to trap an opponent by wrapping it around them, or it can be used as an aid to swing from trees/lower your descend if falling.
-bombs: we have various kinds of bombs, we have the smoke bomb, light bomb. flash bomb, chilli/pepper bomb. etc. these bombs are used to temporarily petrify the opponent while the ninja makes an escape or continues on with a secondary attack.
-scrolls: theses are papers which can either have something sealed in them, or can be used to seal something in them basically its a storage, they are papers that are wrapped around a wood in a circular pattern, each scroll has the limit to the stuffs it can carry inside. but the bigger they are the more one can carry in them.
-pills: we have pills which carry various uses, some are to restore chakra, heal up wounds, or make a ninja stronger, but some of them carry side effects. the pills can be coloured but its mostly a small hard circle with a brown colour.
Ninja tools are one of the most basic weapons but are very important in battle (or at least in part 1) They're usually carried in ninja pouches or kept on their person
Kunai: They are one of the main weapons used by ninjas, they can be thrown or they can held and stab or slash an opponent, knock away other enemies ect. It is black and color and is extremely sharp. They are usually tagged with bombs or tags to add power and damage to them
Shuriken: Shuriken are metal weapons shaped like stars with holes in the middle so that a ninjas fingers can be placed inside. They are something that almost all ninja carry in battle. They can be used with ninja wire/string to change the trajectory of it or trap an opponent. There are demon wind shurikens that are much bigger
Ninja Wire/String: Ninja wire and string are long wires that can be attached to their weapons, mainly shurikens. They are also used in rigging traps, swinging from trees like spider pig and to trip an opponent.
Ninja bombs: There are many ninja bombs. Chili bombs, explosive bombs, flash bombs and smoke bombs/poison bombs. They can be used to distract an opponent, blind an opponent, allow for an escape or even kill. They are attached to kunai.
Ninja Tag: Ninja tags are also attached to kunai. They are the burning paper bomb tag, the flash tag, and a poison tag I believe. They are inscribe with kanji that give them their special properties
Ninja Scrolls: Ninja scrolls are usually inscribed with kanji and one charged with chakra, allow them to perform special tasks, mostly sealing. Although in some cases it can be used to fire off elemental jutsu's or erect barriers made of that element, as shown when Shikamaru used it. It can even change a dry terrain to an ocean ( well its only made a small amount of water so far, but I imagine it could >_>)
Ninja Pills: OMG, these are one of the coolest. They can be used to restore chakra and enhance the user's battle abilities. They can reduce one's weight or increase it, make them lose their minds or help them get a good nights sleep. Swords: NVM, swords arent really ninja tools. You prolly wouldnt want to have read the wallie I was gunna write anyway

Angle and direction of Ninja tools
These are the realistic aspects of the RP. We will be covering one at a time starting with Angle. These are some of the things you need to keep in mind when fighting in a battle.
Angle is a very important part when battling and if used right it can give you the upper hand over your opponent. It's very important to understand the angles in a battle. This is mainly used with ninja tools (shuriken, kunai and other projectiles) but you can also use this with certain techniques that are launched at your opponent. Just by stating the angle you can confuse your opponent.
For example:Ninja 1 and Ninja 2 are fighting. N1 throws 2 kunai at N2, one at the angle of 25 and the other on 75. The lower the angle,the faster the projectile. Most new people would say:"I intercept the kunai with one of my own, blocking them both." If you use angles, this is where you can score.

If N1 threw the kunai at an angle of 25 first your opponent would probably be defending from that one first thus he would fail to notice the other one. If he blocks the first one then the second one would hit him unless he kept his focus. Thus with one blow you can cause fatal injuries. (Credits to Cobalt)
Another neat trick I picked up is the efficient use of a flash bomb. By hiding a flash bomb in your sleeve/hand and dropping it onto the ground behind your position, you'll slyly blind your opponent without blinding yourself giving you the upper hand. Now, this is a nice tactic, however spamming it or over-using it will make you look unskillful and reliant on the upper hand it gives you. Use it sparsely.
Now, I want you to state and describe all of the different types of terrains that could be fought in, be as creative as you'd like. Along with this, I want you to list the different types of weather conditions and their significance to you in battle.
Rocky: By rocky I mean like the terrain in Iwagakure, with huge rocks dotting the surface. One can hide behind these rocks, using them as cover and ect. You could also use these for earth jutsus. Ocean: Purely water terrains are one of the terrains with the most versatility. On an ocean, you can use many of the water jutsus that require a large water source. However, the use of lightning is very dangerous in this terrain Cave: Caves are probably the most dangerous places to fight. The use of large scaled techniwues could possibly cause the cave to cave in >_> Though that could be used to your advantage
Plain Land with a lake nearby: This is probably my favorite terrain. You get water for a water source, yet you also get to stand on solid land Forest: As for forests, they are 2nd best. If one is a mokuton user, he has some wood to work with. You can also go high into the trees to gain a high advantage. Barren Wasteland: This is just a plain, dry land with no water source or any plants. You'd need to create a water source to perform water jutsus.
Stormy Weather: Stormy weather can be used for jutsus such as karin, since the sky would be filled with electricity Rainy: Well, this could be used for rain jutsus if you know it. The collected rain on the ground can also be used for water sources for water jutsus. Lightning jutsus are pretty risky as well.
You're probably wondering why I asked you to do that. Here's why. In certain environments, shinobi exist who can launch attacks difficult to perceive. During rainy conditions, a rain user can sharpen a single or multiple droplets of rain into needle-like blades, granting them the ability to kill you without you even realizing it. The same applies to snowy conditions, hail and etc. Sand users are particularly dangerous in deserts. There are even some ninja which can manipulate the temperature of the battlefield itself e.g. Custom Elements: Arid and Temperature. If you're fighting in a extremity climate (very hot or very cold), you'd be at a serious disadvantage.
Awareness is key. No matter how strong any opponent is, if he or she has no knowledge of your next attack, they're probably done for. Knowledge is power. Being wary at all times and having the necessary skills to perceive all types of offensives are essential to your survival. I've broken down the three main causes of death for shinobi due to a lack of awareness in battle.
Speed enhancements
These can come in many forms such as: Leg Weights, Bijuu chakra cloaks, Elemental armours, Swift Release and the Eight Inner Gates. However, many people can come to access quick usage speed boosts (which aren't continuous) which allow the user to move from one location to another with near untracakble speeds.
The best way to counter these is to first recognize a speed enhancement has been used e.g Leg Weights dropping, a cloak manifesting and etc. After that happens, either manipulate the terrain to your favour (e.g. create a swamp) or construct a defensive shield/armour to protect yourself.
Attacks invisible to the naked eye
Observe the distortions in the air, the sounds they create and so on. However, most of the time this will not help.
Genjutsu/Illusionary techniques
The first step in realizing a genjutsu is observing for anything overly-obvious or something which would naturally probe your character's suspicion. In battle, I want you to observe even the smallest of disturbances in your surroundings and the slightest inconsistencies. I want you to notice, if a tree begins coiling around you, does it produce growing sounds as it emerges ? If a fireball is shot towards you, does the heat of the technique resonate from it and make you feel like the temperature is rising ? If you see an illusionary clone walking towards you, does it bend the grass when it walks ? If you get burnt by something, does the wound sizzle as the burn is inflicted ? Does the water beneath your feet ripple when you walk, or make any splashing sounds ?
Pay very close attention to the senses a technique affects, its fundamental to breaking a genjutsu. If a technique doesn't specify the senses it affects, make sure you don't assume anything. Find other ways of seeing through the technique. Does the illusion respect the laws of reality ? Does the illusion distort happen to abruptly and distorts the natural occurrence of events ? I can't teach you how to realize every genjutsu, I can only teach you the concept of doing so. The rest is up to how much you take away from this training. One thing to bare in mind is, when you're trying to realize genjutsu, don't come up with extremely complicated thought processes or anything which wouldn't be realistic in the heat of a battle. I don't want you to "god-mod" or try to use knowledge your character doesn't have to break Genjutsus. You must be realistic and legitimate in the way you break genjutsus.
All of this is said from my perspective. My bios do not possess any sensory capabilities or a Doijutsu. If you wield sensing or a Doijutsu, you'll have a much greater sense of awareness compared to normal shinobi. You're capable of tracking faster speeds, "knowing" about invisible attacks and detecting foreign chakra in your bodies (Genjutsu). If this sort of thing intrigues you, you might like to look into the Byakugan.
Once you've read and understood the above, post here and we'll move onto the techniques.
Important Note: You can use any and all jutsus you learn in battle, however until this training is complete you cannot submit or learn any Ninjutsu customs.
With that, we'll move onto my favourite type of Ninjutsu techniques. Stealth and detection is the art of concealing your whereabouts whilst always knowing the opponent's. It gives you a considerable upper hand since you can still launch attacks, while they squander their time trying to locate you. A true master of stealth can take down opponents much stronger than himself with basic means, whilst a master of detection will never allow himself to be caught off guard or assassinated.
For this training, you will be filling out the below template. Just to clarify, you will still perform the techniques as well as filling out the template. Don't feel too concerned with making every template submission extremely detailed, some jutsus are more straight forward than others. However, for more unique and complex techniques, I expect a substantial level of detail. Also, don't be hesitant to ask questions about techniques. I remember when I was training, I'd sometimes avoid asking questions just so I could learn more techniques with my teacher's next post. I will always answer your questions and provide new techniques to learn, so if anything I encourage asking about things you want to know more about.

(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique

Description: Forming the needed hand seal Ram, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.
Go hide in a bush somewhere, unknown to both me and my clone. When you get to your hiding place, perform the ram handseal before utilizing your chakra to project your voice all over the battlefield. This will give your opponent the idea that you're in multiple locations at once, effectively concealing your true location.
(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique

Chakra cost: 15 (-10 per turn to keep active)

Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to track them via their chakra signal. However there is some downside to the technique, whilst suppressing their chakra they cannot use any of the ninja skills.
Note: Cannot prevent doujutsu users from detecting them.
Next, my clone is going to attempt to track you via your chakra signature. Utilize your chakra to counteract this, by suppressing your chakra, making it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to detect your presence. However, whilst its active you'll be unable to use techniques since your efforts are concentrated on concealing your location. Once my clone realizes its futile to detect your location through chakra sensing, he'll cease the technique and continue his search without. I'll tell you when he does so. When I give you the signal, cancel your chakra suppression technique.

Description: This technique enables the user to project an image of themselves in the sky in order to send a message. This technique can work as a good diversionary technique.
Now, your going to add to his confusion a little more. This technique can be seen as a counterpart to the Empty Shell technique since, instead of confusing the opponent's sense of hearing it deals with their sense of sight. Use your chakra to project an image of yourself in the sky and begin speaking. Divert my clone's attention with this spectacular display.
(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) โ Haze Clone Technique

Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.
While he's distracted, swiftly cancel the Tyrant's technique and create a illusionary clone in a distant hiding place, different from the one you're in. Ideally, the location opposite your's so my clone turns away from your location. Make the clone charge at him, giving you a great opportunity to emerge from your hiding place. Whenever he attacks the clone with a technique or Taijutsu/Kenjutsu, his attacks will phase through them and he'll realize its a illusionary clone. Who knows, he might even think its a Genjutsu.
Key Points: The clone cannot use any techniques. Its merely a diversionary tool
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique

Tactic:Best used with Hidden Mist jutsu.
Before he attacks your clone, stealthily emerge from your location and use your chakra to silence your movements and footsteps. Have a kunai ready and sneak up from behind my clone before attacking him in a swift manner, dealing a deep slash to the back of his neck, inflicting a fatal blow. Being a low-level technique, this should be easier to perform compared to the rest, so I expect a flawless assassination from you.
(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: You can project your voice, possibly confusing an opponent and causing him to misjudge your location and then attack. Or maybe, you could project your voice elsewhere and have an illusionary clone come out where it was projected, thatd be a very effective tactic
Ways to Counter: Well, its not really a battle oriented technique so you cant counter it per say.
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): You can project your voice, possibly confusing an opponent and causing him to misjudge your location and then attack.This could also be used in the nw to talk to an enemy and keep a comfortable distance away.

Black Star looks around in the forest we're in and jumps behind a bush, were you and your clone can't see me. Ducking behind the bush, I form a single handseal and project my voice, in an area far off behind you. You guys would look behind yourselves to see if I was there, but I was actually off to the side.
(Chakra Yokuatsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Suppression Technique
Combinations you could make with this jutsu: There arent really any... you could hide and come out for a surprise attack, but if you're against a sensor he'll sense you as soon as you cancel the technique.
Ways to Counter: N/A
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): In battle, if you were hiding you could use this to hide your signature, only downfall is if he cant see you, he may just attack anyway with something wide-ranging. Outside of battle, you could make it so that you can avoid certain people

Ways to Counter: If you are a sensor or have a doujutsu, you could always see through the illusion. Or just metagame :vision:
Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Alone, this technique could distract an opponent, having him attack the clone version. Outside of battle, you could confront an enemy without actually confronting them, finding out their intentions while watching from a safe distance

As your clone is looking at my face in the sky, I dispel the technique and then use my chakra to crate an illusionary clone right behind you a few meters away.
