Nintendo vs Sega

Which side is better? Nintendo or Sega? I'd say Nintendo.

I think Sega has better games because of Sonic

Nintendo has better consoles because of Super Nintendo, N64 and Gameboy Color

Graphics are about equal (Sega Genesis and SNES)

I like the Sega controllers more

What did sega ever had to offer? Sonic? There's only like 2 or 3 good sonic games. Obviously nintendo is better, It has mario zelda metroid donkey kong and all that crap.

More than that.

Sega Genesis's Mortal Kombat had blood and SNES didnt have blood. Sega was also faster.

Obviously the answer has to be Nintendo. Sega can be compared to the sidescript in a play with Nintendo in the main plot. Nintendo has simply had more exposure and hits than Sega; the sales of their Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Kong series entries more than triple the sales of Sega's primary Sonic titles. I enjoy games from both producers, but in terms of pure success and the sheer amount of fun I had with both producers, I have to say I much prefer Nintendo.

Sony hasn't solo'd since the early to mid 2000s

But being on topic, I'd have to say Nintendo.

Sega consoles have some nice games which I wish more people knew about like Comix Zone, Vector Man, and Phantasy Star. But being honest Nintendo was far more successful in marketing its games (Excluding Earthbound in America), actually selling its games, and surviving longer. Sega made all sorts of mistakes. For example, not using DVD technology in the Dreamcast when that became the norm for sysytems, which is a big reason it died to Sony.
