I don't get brand wars. Buy what you like and play it. You're all still playing videos games. So you're all in the same pot.

If i had interest in any games outside of Nintendo i would get the system for it. Nothing has pulled me to those systems yet though. Naruto storm series was close, but switch is gonna get it i feel like so meh.

Red ring was a thing and im sure every system has issues at launch, from what i'm hearing these issues besides probably the left joycon are not very wide spread.

But I did prepare for this by not buying the switch, im waiting a few more months maybe 1-2 before i get it

its a form of buyer's confirmation/remourse. "What i bought was more valuable than what you bought because i can do XYZ with it" Yours being exclusivity as i mentioned to the other guy. If you can get zelda and mario on other platforms would you stick to nintendo for feel as if you had a meaningful purchase? (psst you can on pc btw/dolphin in amazing and cemu has made ...some progress)
