Nintendo 3DS eshop questions

So I just bought my 3DS XL (cuz you know, Pokemon)

Anyway, I live in Haiti so I wondered how the eshop is going to work.

How do I add fund ?

What about Club Nintendo ? It's for US/Canada but they have interesting promotions...

if its a us one then you should be able to join i believe you have to register a game or console to get started

This^ MH3U is awesome, just bought it a week ago and have been playing it nonstop, even if you are new to the MH series you should check it out, although it is not very noob friendly as it has no tutorials and its learn as you go, there are many guides online if you ever get stuck on something. The only thing I dont like about it, is that you cannot play online on the 3ds (only the wii version can, and/or you can hook up your 3ds with your wii version and use it to play online). Now to wait for MH4 to be announced for NA *^*

As for your question, like others have said, you can simply buy a Nintendo Eshop card and/or charge them with your credit/debit card.
