Ninshuu is the idea of people being connected through chakra... you could say like Naruto's Kurama cloaks. Everyone was linked together.


Ninjutsu was the concept of taking this initial idea to connect everyone and bring peace, and then create the violent jutsu used for killing in the current timeline.

Ninshuu: Peace; everyone linked by chakra.

Ninjutsu: Use of chakra to kill.

So does this mean that Ninshu can actually make your chakra stronger?

I think sage chakra can be considered a form of ninshu- since it's natural energy that anybody learned learns how can use it.
Makes sense that the sage tought people have to use sage chakra
