Basically, if you were to put it as simple as possible.
refers to any technique that utilizes chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing. Additionally, many ninjutsu can be classified as an elemental jutsu, in those cases where a specific element (wind, water, fire, earth, lightning) is used. It can be used in collaboration with Taijutsu to create Nintaijutsu techniques.
Which alot of people dont know of...

This is a normal illusionary clone
from the clone technique.
Its not very hard to pull off at all,
They are just intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around
themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Yknow...?
The only advice i have for this technique is to focus your
normal ninjutse Tangable chakra from your inner core...

Molds up some chakra and i do a tiger handseal adjusting it to make a cross and then focuses chakra from my inner core and poof i have my clone next to mexd

This is also a basic ninjutsu,

Now, give it a try yourself,
Any Genin should be able to easily pull this technique off.

which means it isnt me, beause im you,
because if you were an enemy you'd think i was you,
or youd be confused, got it.
To do this jutsu,
You Concentrate your chakra toward your outer body layer
and you create an illusion, it makes you look like the enemy,
or someone else...
try doing this :|
