flash bombs are small balls, that are similar to smoke or gas bomb, but instead of releasing smoke or poisonous gas it releases a bright light that if the enemy or even your eyes is in the direction the flash bomb is release it will definitely blind you for a short amount of time, but doujutsu users won't get blind, for they look at a users chakara, so basically people with a normal eye will get blind.
Perfect. Easiest way to remember is that a smoke bomb usually is used as a cover up, but the flash bomb for surprise.
But these two are tossed and utilized in a very different way. Say that you had a flash bomb and a smoke bomb in your hand. How might you activate each of them? Where exactly would you throw them for the most effect?

tricky question, well i guess i would use the smoke bomb first to hide myself in smoke, and once the smoke is up the enemy will surely be monitering the smoke very carefully. Then i would throw the flash bomb above my head or the smoke, and as soon as the bomb has rise from out of the smoke, the enemy will surely look at it, it's a natural reflex of the body to look at something like that in that event

As i walk up to the clone, before touching him, i stand still and begin to focus on my own chakara flow in my body. As i am doing this, i am monitering the flow and balance of how it feels. With my chakara flow running smoothly, i then place my right open palm on the right shoulder of the clone. As i do this, i begin to use the clone's chakara and begin to channel it into my very own chakara network. As this is being done, i can feel the chakara pouring into my chakara network, and having a slight rise in the chakara flow, a feeling of being more energize and stronger. I then continue to do this until the clone is fully drain of his chakara, and poof away.

-Distraction, basically to keep an enemy occupied while a partner do the final attack
-Kill, when doing this, it might give your opponent a harder time to block most of them, like when kidormaru and neji fought. It might be the same, but a lot of web kunai was being thrown at neji, and he was unable to block them all, resulting in one of them hitting his blind spot.
-For minato, throwing his mark FTG kunais around can give him a better advantage to quickly move to the other mark kunais and away from the enemy
-You can tie certain wires to them so that you can cause an enemy to be stuck in the wires etc

All very good concepts with the ninja weapons. You hit a good point with them being hard to block - that's one way - distraction, placing a Shadow Clone somewhere to utilize this.
However, this also introduces two new ideas.
One, if they're so hard to block, would you want to get near the person using them? Why or why not? Also, generally, what kinds of attacks are close range that this would prevent?
Secondly, how might you stop someone from doing this? What might some easy ways using elements to do so?

No i would not want to get close to the person using them, but i would want a jutsu to get close to them. Why? because the further i am away from the enemy who is throwing the weapons, the better chance i have to deflect them. If am far away from him, i can see all the weapons coming at me, and have time to think of a move to counter, rather if it is close to me, i would have little time to deflect them, i might not even be able to see some 
and the rotation that hyuugas can do, it would knock back the projectiles. I can use a strong enough wind blast to blow some of the projectiles back at the enemy, or a fire jutsu to send the projectiles back in the opposite direction on fire, they might not be guided but a rather scatter shot

Both of these jutsus are similar to one another, except the scroll taking up a bit of mass, so you would actually spin for a shorter time, and a slower momentum.
I generally have never found myself in a situation to use this, but it would be fun to test it out sometime.

Ohk, i then stand still and begin to channel chakara in my body for use. I then picture a image of myself, and try to make one appear beside me with the use of chakara, which is made by my chakara actually. I then perform the tiger hand seal, and with the same image i made with my chakara, i expel it from out of my body to create a solid form, or a rather perfect image of myself made purely from my chakara, with the clone performing, i release a steady flow of chakara into the body of clone, and i notice the amount am giving it, not too much and not too little

-Can do a combination elemental jutsu with you (like the one yamato and naruto did)
-A partner in the battle, to give your enemy an disadvantage
-Can use them to keep an enemy occupied so that you recuperate your chakara, or prepare for a long jutsu
-Can use them to scout out an area
-Can use it as a distraction, the enemy might think that is the real you

Pretty much covered everything. Don't forget it can release you from Genjutsu as well.

For this next one, I will hand you two small scrolls.
Keep in mind that scrolls are usually light and you can keep a lot of them in your pocket. Just apply a bit of chakra to them to unfold them and summon whatever has been stored in there.
Unfurl these scrolls rapidly towards my clone, both scrolls directed at his feet, so that when you summon the weapons that have been stored in it previously, they will knock my clone up in the air due to the force.
Then after that, toss a chain (I will also hand you one), towards the foot of your opponent. Aim to interlock it around both his feet and drag him back down in a painful manner.

I then take a scroll from out of my pouch. With the scroll in my hand i release some chakara into them, as this is done i quickly unroll them in the direction of the clone's feet. As i do this, i make my chakara release the weapons from the scroll causing the weapons to cause a great amount of damage to knock the enemy into the air. As he is airborne, i quickly signal for kiri to throw me the chain. I grab one end of the chain and swing the other end to the clone's feet so that it hooks and locks firmly on around his feet. As it is lock on to his feet, i swing my end of the chain downwards to drag the airborne clone to the ground with great pressure, slamming his body to the ground.
