So starting from B-ranks I'm gonna post the jutsus first, makes it easier (I guess idk xD)
(Fuda Chūshutsu no Jutsu) Tag Extraction Technique

Description:
After doing the Ram seal, the user will put his palm close to a hidden explosive tag or sealing tag and will draw it out towards his hand. If the tag is inside a solid object it will warp through it towards the users palm. The technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag.
The basis of this technique is to disable and localize hidden tags, be it if they are explosive or sealing ones. The idea is simple and effective within short range, perform the Ram hand sign whilst hovering your hand over the desired area to where the tag in hand is hidden behind, whilst channelling chakra towards your said hand and then into the object. Having done that, pull your chakra backwards and forcefully remove the tag from the point; the tag is then disabled as it approaches you, effectively rendering it useless. Though this technique can only be used once per tag.
(Bodi-en no Jutsu) Ninjutsu: Body Flame Technique

This technique is used in a similar way to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being engulfed by flames, disappearing from view slowly, masking the users own high speed movement. In essence, the technique is simply an elemental variation of Body Flicker technique and thereby follows the same restrictions and possible uses.
Alternative use of the Body Flicker Technique, but instead of just magically disappearing your body will appear to be engulfed by flames, and then you'll appear behind your opponent looking cool and all. Not much needs to be said about this since it can't be used inside battles, only for pure cosmetic use and for training purposes.

Pretty cool technique. Only thing is you need to be within short range of the tag to do this which in some cases will set off the tag, basically leads to you ****ing yourself up if you use this haphazardly. And it can only disable one tag at a time, which is complete crap.
As you said it can only be used to look cool. Pretty much useless IMO, except for travel purposes

I channel chakra, pushing it all out of my body in the form of intense flames, so bright that they hide me from sight. In that moment I push off my right leg, dashing toward Kerrah at my highest speeds and moving myself behind him. Then I smack him on the back of the head

Alright so this is based on the summoning technique that you've learnt before, by performing the right sequence of hand signs *shows* and then slamming your palms on the ground, you're able to summon the main gate of old Kyoto, commonly referred to as Rashomon. It is basically, as said just a simple gate with the doors shut and whilst the description of the technique hypes the gate up, they provide only a defence of up to B-ranks. But they have a menacing face covering the gates which can creep your opponents out. >.>

The user can reshape the wire within the dome, changing it to a binding string with ease, however it is weak to lightning based techniques.
Another basic defence-like technique but it's actually quite cool. By withdrawing ninja wire from your pouch, infuse said wire with your chakra and then manipulate it to roll out and cover you from all sides, but rather than actually touching your body, form it into that of a protective dome that has the capability of extending up to short range from you. Now the wires will intertwine with each other to be able to pull off this defensive-like dome, but you can also manipulate them further, reverting them back to their normal wire meaning if you were to catch someone close to you, you could bind the wires around said persons leg. It has the ability to block up to A-ranked basic taijutsu attacks (excluding specialist ones) And B-rank elemental, but it is weak to Lightning.

I weave together 5 hand seals, draw blood from my finger then slam my hands on the ground. Once my hand hits the ground, in front of me a large gate is summoned. Its the gate of Kyoto, and has a high defense
I weave together 4 more hand seals and then reach in my pouch and unroll some ninja wire. Using pure chakra, I control and manipulate the wire to roll out in front of me in the form of a dome of ninja wire that is strengthened to protect me. I then use chakra to revert it back to normal.

Simple technique, so you've learnt Kage Bunshin, and that is a requirement for this technique. Having created your clone, simply touch him physically and alter his appearance, turning him into that of a Fuma Shuriken that is held tightly in your hand, throw it all the way towards your opponent and it'll travel and behave as a normal Fuma Shuriken would, but just before impact the shuriken reverts back to it's original form, the way it was before the attack landed - so back to being your clone. And your clone would unleash the most strongest, powerful Earth-shattering punch to your opponent face, sending him back crying to his mum. While it's good for cosmetics, your clone is vulnerable during the path towards your opponent and any simple attack will wipe him off the face of the Earth. D:

I don't need to say much about this, take out a scroll, yes it's another scroll technique lol, and roll it out on the floor, perform this sequence of hand signs *shows* and slam a palm onto the scroll. In doing so you will summon a large dome made out of iron that completely cascades you, covering you and anyone standing within you from short range in it's semi-circular layer of protection, that guards against your enemies attacks from all sides excluding those that come out of the ground beneath the dome so you need to look out for that.

I perform le cross handseal, creating a kage bunshin and then place my hands on said clone. I use chakra to transform him into a fuma shuriken. I grab that shuriken and then throw it towards le random noob. Le random noob prepares to block it with like a sword I guess, but before he can the clone transforms back into a clone and smacks him in the face, a quick simple ***** slap that causes devastating damage
I then take out one of my thousand scrolls and roll it against the ground and shit. I perform like 20 or so hand seals and then slam my hands on the scroll and inject chakra into it. I summon form the scrolls a circular iron dome that completely covers me from any attack except for below me. Hashirama suddenly appears and uses le Shinsuusenju and it punches me with its thousand hands, but ye old dome tanks the attack

The basis of the technique is essentially a flawless 'Transformation Technique' Where in which if you were of short range distance away from a person, with a simple glance of their face you'll be able to pick up their characteristics, see how they look, identify their facial features and all that. Then by simply placing a mask on your face (the one in the pic) The mask will disorientate itself and then shape into the face of the person you just glanced at, picking up the exact same facial features and even it's imperfections. The morphing is actually accurate to such a detail that you'll even pick up their scent and a long known family member would mistake you as the real person. And in good cases, people who use this have also been known to mimic the person's innate behaviour and display their traits, to further amplify this technique's importance. Though obviously if you were to use this on someone in the NW, you wouldn't be able to become them in terms of their techniques, you'll just look and smell like them.

Description: A summoning technique meant almost exclusively for weapon's experts. To begin, the shinobi will remove two scrolls and set them on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the two scroll rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex that is the user. They then use this space to launch themselves into the air between the spinning scrolls. From these scrolls the ninja can then summon a mass of weapons, which they then begin to throw at their opponent. If the first barrage fails, they can use wires that run from each weapon to their fingertips to pull them back into the air to strike at their opponent again.
Just a thought before we continue, I swear you'd have to carry some big ass santa sack full of these scrolls if you carry the intent to utilize every scroll technique. ~_~ ANYWAYS, this is a really cool one, begin by taking out two scrolls and roll them out on the ground how you like, once done that perform these hand signs *shows* whilst infusing your chakra into the scrolls, and if done correctly the two scrolls will begin to be manipulated, they'll move under the influence of your chakra. I take out 2 scrolls from my purple backpack that's inside is connected to an alternate dimension that can keep anything in there. My map tries to talk to me, Shrek is love, he says. Shrek is life. I slap him and call him a fgt. I roll these two scrolls on the ground and then perform 4 hand seals, dragon-boar-dragon-boar and use chakra to manipulate these scrolls and swirl around me. I let the swirling they are doing push me upwards with air. I then place my hand on these scrolls and summon weapons that are attached to my fingers by ninja wire. As they push out I control them with ninja wire and then swing them to cut through some imaginary opponent. I then drop down victorious
