[Nin] Ninjutsu with House

Alright, now while I'll sit on your back and you're gonna climb this mountain infront of us, tell me about Ninjutsu. what is ninjutsu? Why do you want to learn it and what does it offer you?

Ninjutsu is japanese for "Ninja Techniques". This field is one giant umbrella term for techniques usable by ninjas which require chakra to some degree (non-genjutsu and non-taijutsu). Majority of these however focus on the use of weapon techniques known as Bukijutsu. Some ninjutsu fields I can name off the top of my head is medical ninjutsu, elemental ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Kinjutsu, and Space/Time Ninjutsu (just to name a few).
For the purposes of this training, we will be focusing on Summoning Ninjutsu and Bukijutsu and how they both work together, or at least how they can. The more important techniques in this field are Rasengan, Shadow Clone, Multiple Shuriken Shadow Clone, and the basic summoning technique used for summoning contracts. The rest are just variations on how to use ninja tools like kunai, senbon, shuriken, and swords. The more interesting aspect which not many people delve into is the summoning weapon techniques used by Tenten. I'm surprised people haven't capatilazed on those and created good customs for. Probably because most think it requires fuuinjutsu.
As for me, plain and simple, rasengan allows you to learn other techniques in the elemental ninjutsu fields. For puppetry, I'd like to use summoning techniques so for that I need ninjutsu completed. It's a basic field that needs to be completed eventually and is usually the hardest to complete as most sensei's are reticent to teach it. Don't know if it's because it's boring and repetitive or just not their cup of tea.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles
Kankuro channels chakra to his mouth and somehow mysteriously releases senbon from his mouth towards a wooden target post painted with a bulls eye.
This one, while simple, is quite divided in how it works. Some would say you create or summon the needles in your mouth but it's not quite clear. NK said that it would be smart to place needles in your mouth then shoot then out but even that is iffy since you could just do that freeform, no? Personally I would prefer you mysteriously summon them from my mouth as that is much cooler and can be employed fast especially when used in close combat and you are trying to take advantage of an opening. Especially against you Hyuuga types and your flashy moves. T__T
Like the move describes, it can only be done in short range of the user which is a double edged sword in my opinion. Of course I'd like to shoot up to mid-range but I wouldn't want my opponent to do that either. One thing I'd like to try is the same method my Kankuro character's puppets use in which you use a smokescreen first then something like this. Although if you aren't a med-nin then you can't use poison...yet. >_O
(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique
Kankuro grabs the provided Fuuma Shuriken, and threw it alongside another towards a tree your clone. Using his chakra beforehand, he hides the bottom shuriken, giving it the appearance of a shadow and blending in with the shadow of the first shuriken. It took many tries to perfect it but he eventually mastered it and did one final example for his teacher, hopefully to his approval.
Pretty interesting technique I say. You use your chakra to hide it under the shuriken on top. By synchronizing it with the shadow of the first shuriken, the user is able to mask its appearance without detection. Or unless his enemy ducks down and is like "Hey...!!". Naruto gives a great example of other ways to employ this technique but not sure if the rp allows us such variations especially with other tools. Never really used it so wouldn't really know. One thing I liked was that Naruto used the transformation technique to turn his clone into a shuriken and then have Sasuke use this technique in combination. What still gets me about that was how Sasuke could tell it was a clone? Did it move or talk or something? We may never know. e.e

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.
You must focus on the animal when doing this. You will effectively be able to halt and stop a summoning animals movement. This allows you a momentary time to not only attack, but if all else fails, retreat. Your chakra will be the medium that restricts the animal. The main problem with this is you are left open to attacks, and it is easy to break your focus.

Description: The user will create a swarm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround there opponents and swirl around them causing confusion.The user can then attack there opponent from any angle they choose.Blinds opponents eyes for the turn this jutsu is used.
Create a large swam of cherry blossoms sending them to the opponent effectively blinding their eyes. This will leave them open to be attacked in any area of their body. This is great to be used in close range.
(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
Send a large sum of kunai with pouches attached to its hilt. When it impacts the opponent or an object the pouch will explode into many explosive notes. The notes will rain down onto the opponent, as it does this, you will send one last kunai with an explosive tag lit. As it burns and contacts the large sum of notes, this will create a chain explosion, catching the opponent in a large scale explosion.
