Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu refers to pretty much any technique that allows a person would be otherwise be incable of doing. Unlike Genjutsu which fools the opponet into feeling and seeing fake things, Ninjutsu are the real abilities Shinobi can preform that are usually an instict to them. Basic ones like transformation ninjutsu, replacement or even escape ninjutsu. Although Ninjutsu being really generic, Elemental Ninjutsu is its more advanced form along with also another field called Medical Ninjutsu used for healing and other supporting reasons. Obviously the things all Ninjutsu revolves around is charka, the natural energy in a Shinobi body, that fuels the utilization of Ninjutsu and this chakra being focused with handseal to preform the technique with precision and concentration. Usually Ninjutsu also deals with Shape Transormation also, which using and manipulating a users chakra to their will making a desired shape for the given reason.
Elemental Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu that uses the elements take control of the possessed element. Each Shinobi specializing in One and having an Affinity to another. The basic elements being Fire,Wind,Water,Earth , and Lightning. and be combined in Kekkeigenkai to make advance elements and ninjutsu like Ice and Wood. Using the users chakra the Shinobi can utilize and evoke these elements and with training bend them to their will. Using there chakra and transforming it into the element, yeilding it in any form or shape. This is the basic process of Elemental Ninjutsu.
Difference: Ninjutsu is the more basic and generic form of techniques used by Shinobi, Elemental Ninjutsu like stated before is more advanced and is split down into different categories of elements such as the basic 5. As Ninjutsu, although can be used and split into different categories such as Elemental, it is merly what enables a Shinobi to do what he/she can do. Escape from being tied up or replace themselves when hit. Also skill with weaponry and just Shape Manipulation with pure chakra.
Chakra: Is the moulding of Physical and Spiritual energies needed to use Ninjutsu, Elemental Ninjutsu and even Genjutsu. Although one's spiritual energy cannot be increased easily one's physical engeries can. Increasing one chakra levels, thus being able to use more jutsu. There are also multiple other chakras also. Such as Tailed Beast Chakra and Senjutsu Chakra all more potent than normal chakra. And can be used in vast quantities and still have a vast amount left. Also having different effects on the user's body and such. Giving them more strength and more speed and granting abilities, such as being to hit the opponet without hitting them (Frog Kata). Even Doujutsu require chakra, and Taijutsu is one of the only skills a Shinobi can use that doesn't require it only stamina. The chakra being circulated in the 361 tenketsu in the body and can be expeled through any point through special training and still only certain people can do.

Killing Intent, is the focused blood lust with the help of chakra to project it on to the opponet. The effect varies to how poerul the users is to the target. The more powerful the user the more effect is has on the target causing paralysis is the highest case along with nausia similar to Genjutsu. As long as he target is in the vicinity of the uer (short to long range) the technique will have affect as long as the user is more power than the target. But the longer range the opponet is the less effect it will have also.
That is within our RP o_o , i summed it up. But those effects reside in the technique in our RP.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

Temporary Body Paralysis, is a simple ninjutsu that can only be used on animals (summons and what not). However, the bigger the animal the more ineffective the jutsu will be. The users contrates their chakra and forces it upon the target, binding their body. However this can be overcome with brute strength. And can ultized as long as the user is focusing on there target.
