Because Sharingan and byakugan can see chakra, and no matter how hard you try, you can't get "rid" of your chakra. Unless you kill yourself that is.. :|

Description: This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to track them via their chakra signal. However there is some downside to the technique, whilst suppressing their chakra they cannot use any of the ninja skills.
Note: Cannot prevent doujutsu users from detecting them.

I kneel down and touch the cement and feel its qualities. It's kinda soft and hard, but with little cracks and bumps. I then channel my earth chakra through me and into my cells so that it adapts the properties of the cement, thus making my skin hard.

In close combat you could use this jutsu so when you hit the opponent, it'd do twice the damage. All, so the opponent hits you, it'd just hurt him and you won't feel any pain. Also, if you use this jutsu, you're immortal to kunai's but not explosive kunais.
Good, good. It takes on the quality of what you happen to be touching.
Now, proceed to take these kunais with paper bombs and mini parachutes attached to them.
Focus on where to aim them on the battlefield and zone my opponent so that when timed correctly, make a single handseal so the explosive tags all detonate, harming him.

Can ya explain to me how the bold part works? :ghehe:
I take out small parachutes and attach them to several explosive kunai's and aim it towards your clone. When i throw them, the kunai's form a circular shape around the clone and with a single handseal, the all explode in an orderly manner.

Start by focusing upon an image of yourself. Then form the Tiger handseal and send your chakra out your body to create a clone of yourself. Make sure it turns out solid and also, please be careful on how much chakra you give the clone.

I take out a super-sized mirror and place it in front of myself. (.______. )
I then study myself and then wink at myself. (No Auto-sexuality O_<)
After this, i close my eyes and remember how i look like. The shoulder, head and the arms and legs and also the shoes. When i'm confident i'm ready to proceed, i slowly raise my hand and make the tiger hand-seal. I then send my chakra out of my skin tissues and into the air. The chakra is structured the same as my physical appearance. This cause a clone who looks like me to materialize out of nowhere. As i do this, i take note that i don't give the clone too much or too little clone. Balanced.

First: Clones can perform various attacks all at the same time. Indeed, imagine if you had three clones in front of you all release different jutsus at you at the exact moment. It's like breaking time frame.
Second: It is hard to tell the difference between the real you and clones. Only the Sharingan is able to tell such differences, or normally, people just godmode this in battle.
Third: Being able to combo greatly with split-second jutsus - imagine seeing several attacks coming at you at all directions.
Fourth: Distraction in general - for example, a clone used Thunder Up, and caused an explosion, the enemy will be drawn to the noise and you could then take advantage of this.
Fifth: Release of Genjutsu.
Sixth: Sacrifice for information.
Seventh: Increase of field of vision. Blind spots.
Eight: Human Shield.
