I again, i close my eyes and remember how i look like. The shoulder, head and the arms and legs and also the shoes. When i'm confident i'm ready to proceed, i slowly raise my hand and make the tiger hand-seal. I then send my chakra out of my skin tissues and into the air. The chakra is structured the same as my physical appearance. This cause a clone who looks like me to materialize out of nowhere. But this time, i make sure that the clone has a large volume of chakra condensed, just below the heart. So when he takes a blow from the opponent, he'd just blow up.

However a sharingan and/or byakugan user will know that the clone can explode due to their eye ability of seeing chakra.

Can this clone perform Jutsus?

Well, if you're surrounded by clones that explode on your will, then of course the opponent wouldn't want to engage you to taijutsu. And as of sneaking, it's possible that you can use a mist jutsu, and get one of your explosive clones to engage them to taijutsu, so when the clone is hit, it'll explode. The opponent wouldn't know it's a clone. But of course, a byakugan/sharingan user can see all that mass of chakra concentrated in the center of the clone- much like Neji did when deidara was about to explode.

Really really really sorry for the late reply.

I start focusing on the flow of my chakra throughout your entire body, and the chakra that's constantly being supplied to my muscles. After a while, i raise my left hand a form the tiger handseal. By doing this, i control how the sunlight is reflecting on my body, and quickly disappear.

The advantages of this jutsu is that you cannot be seen because you are camouflaged with your surrounds. This is good because it means that you can either evade or attack or even set traps. However, jutsu's weakness is that doujutsu users can see you/your chakra, and sensory ninja can sense your chakra. Also, the opponent can use that water tech where it rains and he's able to sense other chakra.

The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. I first lift my dominant hand -right hand- up. After slowly closing my eyes, i focus on accumulating my chakra and directing it to the palm of my right hand. I then begin to slowly rise my chakra out of my palm. By slowly rising the chakra and using shape manipulate, i build the foundation of the rasengan. Now that's done, i channel more chakra into it, giving the form of a basic orb. I form images of hurricanes in my mind. I remember how a hurricane forms, and how the wind pressure changes to balance itself evenly out. I imagine the spinning motion of the hurricane, and once I've done this, i apply it to the orb of chakra on my palm. I start by gradually spinning the orb in a clockwise motion, before applying more speed and chakra.

Following your instructions, i open my eyes. I start walking, and making sure i'm constantly applying chakra to the rasengan, too keep it in form. Once i'm confident with this, i then start applying more speed and soon, i'm running towards the tree you've pointed at. Keeping in mind to keep feeding the rasengan, i jump up, then bring down the rasengan towards the tree.

The advantages of Rasengan is that unlike other jutsu's like chidori/raikiri, it doesn't require hand-seals, thus meaning in confined tight situations, you don't need to take the precious time to make a hand-seal, due to the proven fact that things can flip and events can be reversed in a matter of a second in the ninja world. Also, the unique construction of a/the rasengan gives it the powerful ability break through well-constructed infrastructures such as buildings. In addition, unlike chidori/raikiri, one can channel more chakra into rasengan and increase its' size, whilst when one adds more chakra into raikiri/chidori, it becomes more concentrated which gives it the unique ability of slicing objects with ease.

One the other hand, a disadvantage of rasengan is that this technique keeps one of your hands occupied, leaving you futile to attacks that're only avoidable by using two hands. Also, it means that you have to drive in the rasengan to the target because this jutsu doesn't give you the ability to throw it, like rasen-shuriken. Unfortunately for you, if your opponent is a skilled one in close combat, you're more prone to be countered and hit, which can then of course ultimately lead to your death.

But yeah, seeing as you've said all that...I suppose all I can say is that it's a high risk/reward jutsu.
