Ok, great. Let's get going onto the second to last set before we reach rasengans. ,_,' This set consists of two techniques which are not quite connected towards one another but I wouldn't match them together with any other set hence why I am teaching them in one. First one is a summoning type of a jutsu whereas the other technique is actually a concealment one.
This first technique is an advanced version of Rashomon one which we learned during B ranks. It was used by Orochimaru, when he was fighting Naruto in Kyubi form. User would summon three of demonic gates of old Kyoto. Keep in mind that each gate has a specific purpose or duty. There is the red gate which takes on attacks head on. It is actually the first gate out of three. The second gate is a green one and its ability is one of reducing power of an attack. And last gate is the blue one, its ability is one of actually disperssing the pressure. The three gates together can tank up to A ranked techniques following elemental weaknesses and strengths.
(Kuchiyose: Sanjū Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Triple Rashōmon

Description: This summoning is an upgrade of the standard Rashomon in which the user summons 3 of these demonic forms of the main gate of old Kyoto. Each gate has a specific duty: the first red gate takes the attack head-on, the second green gate reduces the power of the attack, and the third blue gate disperses the pressure.
Note: This technique can only block A rank and below.
I am quite certain you are aware of next one, as much as you were of last one. It is actually quite cool and it was used against Obito/Kakashi and Rin when they were kids. User would perform a single hand seal, Tiger, and take control of how light is reflected around their body via chakra. The good thing about this jutsu is that it also erases user's scent and shadow. Now when it comes to distinguishing this technique, unless you are doujutsu user you can focus on small things in your surrounding, similar to how you focus when trying to get out of genjutsu. Where are you hearing foot steps? etc,etc... The Second Tsuchikage managed to further this technique so much that whilst it was active it seemed if he had neither chakra nor form. Once activated it will last up to three turns.

Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

I like the respective abilities of each gate, depending on their colour. It's mainly a defensive technique but can also be used on offense. And as it's parent jutsu, it's slightly enforced than the B rank one and can endure longer.
And this one is a very good concealing presence technique. By using chakra to control the light's reflecting on their own body, the user is able to play with his near surroundings or even his own body, to fool one out and take upper advantage. The range is a disadvantage though.

Nice, nice. Let's get going onto the next batch of techniques. The first one is Temari's jutsu from a game. User would utilise their fan as to launch their target into the air. One they've done so they'd throw the fan as to follow up the enemy and slice them whilst airborne whilst at the same time user would seemingly disappear. User of the technique would then reappear behind their enemy, grasping the fan they previously threw and jabbing their target into the ground.
(Midare Senbu) – Chaos Fan Dance

Description: After attacking the enemy with the users fan, thus launching them into the air. The user then throws their fan to slice the enemy up, after which they then disappear. The user then reappears behind the enemy. Finally the user Grabs the fan and then jabs them into the ground.
Note: Must have a Fan/ War Fan.
So basically this technique is similar like the Twin Rising Dragons, although better. User would place as well as reveal two scrolls and send them in the air around them before summoning all sorts of weapons from them. Now they won't need to take hold of weapons before they throw them towards their target but can send them via hand gestures.

The user doesn't have to hold onto the weapons; they can just send them flying only with a movement of their hand, which makes the weapons a lot faster. Also, with this new version, The user includes exploding tags in the spread in order to make the technique more effective.
Also a stronger verison of a technique which goes by name Twin Rising Dragons. User would in this version send forth their large scroll into the air above their opponent summoning hundreds of different weapons from it which will rain down upon their target. Now the movement of these weapon is so fast, that they'd seem like white streaks.
(Sōgu: Tensasai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction

This technique belongs to Fan users, which isn't a thing for me. But nevertheless we gonna analyse it. Much alike the other two, this technique has a disadvantage cuz youd need to throw the scroll above your enemy. They can easily get rid of it or push it away, thus resulting it uneffective. Generally, it's still a basic technique, theres not much that can be said. The range is great however..

AND FINALLY. YOU GUESSED IT. YES! We came to the moment, where, where, where, where, where we are gonna learn the bestest technique of all times. WELL, not really lol. However, however, during this time that I've been a teacher on this website, I realized one thing; teaching ninjutsu is worth it just because rasengans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having the balloon firmly in my hand, I maintain the grabbing position, while adding no sheer force to it. Applying natural chakra to my hand, and utilizing the energy that now is being formed, I cause the balloon to gently vibrate, as a result of the chakra. Having further control of the chakra and adding more, the balloon starts to rapidly vibrate and eventually burst. In my hand now, there stood none other than the remaining water that disappeard away, and the bursted, useless balloon.

Controlling the chakra in my palm, I cause the balloon to slowly have slight vibrances, BUT, after applying more and more chakra the so called peaceful vibrations would cruelly transform into furious ones, which would burst the balloon into nothingness

I grab another ****ing balloon and start concentrate raw chakra in my hand. This would cause the balloon to vibrate slightly and perform subtle movements on my palm. Gradually adding the force of the chakra, the balloon has no choice but to burst from the intensity.

I grab the rubber ball, instantly feeling the weight added on. This means I'd have to concentrate the chakra in a better flow and lots of amount of it. So I repeat the same process, flowing my chakra throughout my body like water and making the rubber ball move, from softly to harshly until it "explodes".

Good! The reason why we went through the last two steps one by one is as to be able to combine them in the end. In the first step you learned how to make the water which was already present in the balloon spid rapidly by only manipulating your chakra, where-as in the second one, you concentrated on your sheer power to break the rubber ball. The last step to learning rasengan is combining the two.

Feitan grabs the ballon full of water, which now firmly places itself in his palm. He calmly sets up his chakra all the way through his hand, and then to his palm. As he tried to spin the water inside without the ballon being disturbed, it was the complete opposite. The balloon bursted itself as soon as Feitan put his chakra to use. He madde it clear to himself that he should work more on his chakra control, as he practised this analogy several times with other ballons. And thus, the ultimate and right time, would be when Feitan would cause the chakra to spin inside the balloon without moving it an inch from the outside. He continued this way until Akasha gave the "okay" sign.

There is no water in the balloon, however you did correctly or what I was expecting better to say. In essence creation of rasengan is sheer shape manipulation. However, I have one question, what do you think would happen if we were to incorporate elements in this shape manipulation. Also could all elements be conjucted with this shape manipulation? If yes, how would rasengan for each element look?

The only one that could make somewhat of a problem when forming them would be earth and lighting imo. Lighting due to it being unfocused as is, and in combination with this shape manipulation we would form a sort of a Chidori, although it being a failed variation of lighting rasengan which Kakashi tried to form. Earth due to its sturdy nature. Anyhow lovely job let's get going.
