(Fuda Kakusu no Jutsu) Tag Hidding Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 5 (per tag)
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will use his chakra to hide a paper tag inside an inanimate object, like the ground or a wall. The tag can be a sealing tag or an explosive tag. The technique can be used to hide more than one tag per use if the user spends more chakra. Hidden tags can be detected by doujutsu or expert sensory ninjas.
(Fuda Chūshutsu no Jutsu) Tag Extraction Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
After doing the Ram seal, the user will put his palm close to a hidden explosive tag or sealing tag and will draw it out towards his hand. If the tag is inside a solid object it will warp through it towards the users palm. The technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag.
One technique hides tags of any nature be it sealing or explosive tags. These tags will only be detected by dojutsu users. The second technique removes them. The benefit to the second technique is, through extraction, you also deactivate the effects of the tag. This include sealing techniques that require special tags. To air on the safe side the latter technique would best be left to dealing with freeform explosive tags and other types of sealing tag equal rank and below, even though I'd argue it could be used on tags with a higher rank.
(Shinra Banshō Dōka No Jutsu) - Assimilate All Creation Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary/Defense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user can take on the properties of any earthen material they touch and harden any part of there body. This jutsu also lets the user turn into fine grains of rock that can be used to do another jutsu. The issue with using this technique is that the user will gain all the weaknesses of the material they mimic, even if they are granted their strengths.
(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20 (-5 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.
Note: Cannot merge into mediums which aren't tangible
These are both assimilation techniques. You're going to bond, in some way to whatever material you're touching at the time. The divergence is; the first technique gives you the properties of the earthen material you touch, essentially allowing you an armor made of that material. If you grip a metal, you'll have an armor of that element, or if you touch gravel or sand you'll take those properties. However, even if you take on such properties, your threshold isn't going to be greater than C or B-rank. You can tank minor things like free form weapons or explosions with the right sort of assimilation, but you won't last against a higher ranked technique.
As for the second technique, rather than take the property of the entity you're touching you're going to merge with it and essentially become one with it rather than it fusing with you to make a pseudo armor. You have a greater scope with this technique allowing you to merge with more than just earthen based objects, however it's typically used on the ground as a stealth technique.
Simple, you paralyze an animal with your chakra. Best thing about this technique is, against summons of nearly any rank, if they don't specify being immune to certain levels of techniques, they can be captured with this.
(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra:15 (-5 per turn)
Damge Points:N/A
Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.
Not really a ninjutsu but a projection of your pure aggression and intent to kill your opponent. Depending on the difference in rank between you and your opponent, the higher you are than they are, the more effective. There is also the added benefit that I came to realize later with regard to one type of clan HA.
The Yamanaka clan, which deals with capturing the mind and body of your opponent is succeptable to this technique, at least in my opinion. Against members of a lower rank than you are, who possess Yamanaka clan abilities, should they try to take you over your mind/put their consciousness in yours, through using killing intent, you could effectively push them out, or paralyze their will in order to prevent them from using their technique to their fullest.
(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra
More of a ninja world technique at this point in the game. You'd use this technique to display an image of yourself over a large area in order convey a message. Not that useful in a fight, at least not to me.
(Ninpo: Bōkun Yobidashi no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Tyrants Calling Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique enables the user to project an image of themselves in the sky in order to send a message. This technique can work as a good diversionary technique.
Now, there's a similar trait between the first two justu; What do these two techniques have in common with regard to restriction?
yes, that's more accurate. With Killing Intent, you'd be capable of doing things like taijutsu and non-chakra based techniques. I'd like to say the same for the paralysis technique, but I'm not entirely sure.
Anyway, that completes the first method, which would you like to proceed to; Summoning Techniques or Bukijutsu?
God I hate you, this is the longest freakin method.
Alright, for this method, most of these techniques are manipulated tool techniques, i.e Tenten techniques that utilize the sealing/summoning scrolls to execute the techniques. We'll be doing those last, there are also a few lower tier techniques dealing mostly with projectiles and non-melee weapons. In fact, there are no techniques in this method that are melee weapon based. Therefore we will start with the basic projectile techniques with needles, shuriken, and explosives. Once we get through those we'll get through the Manipulated Tool techniques.
(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.
(Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: Removing nails from their pocket, the user will throw them into the air and then plant them tip first into the earth. Using their chakra, the nails will travel into the ground. Then at the user's discretion, they can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of their target to nail them in place. They can then fire the remaining nails from the ground to cut the target to pieces.
(Hitei Mushou) - Flying Nail Mist Pierce
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: After forming the needed hand seal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth. These small nails can travel towards the opponent at quite a distance.
(Jouro Senbon) - Sprinkling Needles
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After hurling their umbrella into the air, the user will unleash a torrent of needles. Using their chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent.
These are the first sets of techniques dealing with smaller projectiles; needles and nails. They are self explanatory, I'd rather not waste time explaining them to you unless you have any specific questions concerning them. If you understand them we can proceed.
(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:20
Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
( Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken ) - Multiple Phantom Shuriken
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the shadow clone technique the user and the two clones perform the Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands and they throw several shuriken which multiply and attack the opponent.
Note: Requires two shadow clones before use.
(Shihouhappou Shuriken) - All Directions Shuriken
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After utilizing the Kage Bunshin no jutsu, the user will spread out in various directions to surround the opponent before releasing a barrage of projectiles simultaneously.
(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.
This is the Kunai and Shuriken series
We've seen the first technique demonstrated in the anime and manga. It's not to be assumed that the second shuriken is thrown in a way that your opponent can see it unless they have some sort of specialized dojutsu. Not that I'd expect you'd ever actually use this jutsu unless you're doing some sort of intentional self-training spars with it.
second technique is self explanatory
third technique self explanatory and can basically be done freeform
fourth technique is similar to the last one only the former is inferior to the latter since your set up is more wasteful.
fifth technique, again, might as well just use the last jutsu.
Last technique is Hiruzen's Shuriken Shadow Clone jutsu. Literally the same as the multi-shadow clone technique only with weapons, very useful to use with larger projectile weapons like Fuma+ sized shuriken. People tend to combine them with other projectiles, which is perfectly fine such as kunai, needles, explosive tag kunai, etc. All are fine.
(Ninpo: Bōseki Enbu no mai) - Ninja Art: Spinning Walts Dance
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid

Damage points: 30
Description: The user will jump into the air and begin spinning around rapidly whislt releasing a continous amount of kunai converging in all directions around them
This is a technique I accidentally forgot to put into the previous set we just did. It's a simple move that explains itself so have a read through.
(Kuchiyose: Tetsurensa Housou) - Summoning: Iron Chain Wrapping
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30

(Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe) -Summoning: Iron Protection Wall
Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons a large iron dome from one of their scrolls that covers themselves and even their teammates from enemies' attacks.
Note: Can only defend against B rank and down but doesnt block techniques directed from beneath.
Precursors to the rest of the manipulated tool series. Like with the manipulated tools you are summoning pre-sealed weapons from your scrolls for specific purposes. These technique would basically fall within the same category, they were both TenTen's techniques which follow her trade mark scroll techniques. The first is a simple chain summoning and the rest of the technique you perform as specified, wrapping your opponent and sending projectiles at them. The second one is a defensive technique where you summon a protective dome around you and your teammates.
