oh yes , the rashoman gates 3-5 i took into account you can manipulate them , so is it true you can make the gates turn etc ? like i summon the 5 gates but instead of being right behind each other i make them form a pentagon or square etc around me or the opponent

I'm not entirely sure. I wouldn't think it's out of the relm of possibility but I'm not 100% on it therefore I wouldn't recommend it until I were to get other opinions from mods that would either support me or not. However, I wouldn't all that much recommend you use such a method. While yes you have more gates and can protect from a more directional attack you have to think about the division of it's power.
In our RP we have a division of power law (that's what I call it) when a jutsu enlists multiple pieces (such as projectiles and Rashomon for example) then the individual pieces are components of the whole adding up to the rank. For example, if you have a projectile technique which says you can fire up to five of said projectiles and the technique is A-rank it means that rank is divided evenly among those five projectiles just like. In this case each projectile would likely be C-ranked. The math is as follows (by our NB power chart)
C+C = B
B+B = A
A+C = Strong A
In the case of Rash, well it's easier because we know how much one is, B-ranked so you have 5 B-ranks. B+B = A, A+A = S+A = Strong S or just S. So each Rash would be B-ranked meaning each gate alone could only block B-rank. If you have something stronger then B-rank coming at you from more than one side you would have a very difficult time. make sense?

Alright, now the general techniques are all techniques that don't go into any of the other four categories of ninjutsu that we've gone over so far. We had the summoning techniques, weapon jutsu, and advanced shape manipulation techniques. These are all the other techniques that do not encompass areas of the latter three.
To begin we'll be going back to the academy grade ninjutsu techniques and we'll be learning all techniques that show semblance to these techniques. The E-ranked academy techniques all being the basic building blocks for basically all general techniques. The first set of techniques I have to teach you will show semblance to the hidden stealth ninjutsu. In the latter, you learn to hide your presence from the enemy and utilize stealth.
The Silent killing technique is similar to that technique where you sneak up in the blind spot of your enemy. Traditionally this technique is used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist due to it's addition of the factor of lowering visibility in the area. What other ways can you imagine to lower your opponent's visibility in order to allow you to use a stealth technique to attack your opponent silently?

Yes those are all true, but I was more along the lines of something that can be done without the use of elements. What you mentioned utilizes elemental natures to create the cover. Nevertheless, you have the idea.

Similar to a few genjutsu techniques, only this time you manifest the flowers yourself or make use of the already existing flower petals in order to create a cover. From there you can use the Silent Homicide technique to tactically approach your opponent. This, of course is a basic stealth manuver. Traditionally the Silent Homicide is used with the Hidden Mist justu but when it comes to pure ninjutsu, the two techniques I mentioned are viable substitutes to use in the same way you would the hidden mist.
However the downside to all of these are, the techniques themselves are fickle and weak against virtually anything; wind (blow them away), fire (burn them), Water (washes them away), Lightning (erratic and can capture you if wide enough), and earth (to create a defensive barrier). Of course, these techniques are basic and low level.

I already went through the descriptions of them and the silent homicide is almost exactly like the academy grade technique with the exception of you hiding your movements to the best of your ability and sneaking up on your opponent to kill them.

The next set of techniques revolve around the transformation technique. Again this set has three techniques all of which involve changing an object/person into a new shape or form just like in the transformation technique, the differences in each technique, however are what make them unique.
One is a simple weapon enlargement where the user infuses chakra into a shuriken in mid-throw to increase it's size significantly enough. The second one is a double transformation or collaboration where you'll be required to use a summoning animal. We already went through summoning techniques. Once you sign your own contract you'll be able to use the technique with a summon if you so wish and the last one is a more advanced version of the latter and the original transformation technique. In this technique you will copy the physical body of another person, however the emphasis is on being as indistinguishable from the actual person as possible. I'll go a little bit more into that technique a bit later but for now any questions?

Now then I'm going to give you a really easy quiz where you just need to read the jutsu and tell me what I want to know (I'm referring to the Face Copy Technique only from this point)

Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

Rank ,its more advance (of course) that the e ranked version and also goes more into detail from armor , to voice , to personality as well
Abilities ,also goes more into detail from armor , to voice , to personality as well , then just copying the person face as the e ranked version
Distance , you have to be in the area of the person your copying , while the e ranked version can just be done anywhere from them
2) How can you see through this jutsu, i.e what skill/abilities do you think would be able to see through this technique and why? uhm I would say doujutsu , I believe you would have to fight the person and notice how the opponent are not using the jutsus they normally use. so I said doujutsu because with all 3 you can study them more advancely then with normal eyes

Second question you are correct to say Dojutsu but not correct in necessarily how, nor do you elaborate on the right reasons. No, the user of this jutsu cannot use the techniques of the person they are copying, but why is that?
